My wife purchased one for me for Valentines Day. I charged it and put it on at 8:00 pm. The battery finally had to be charged Friday at 11:00 pm, so 4 days 3 hours, the battery lasted, which is AWESOME!! LOVE ❤️ this watch and for $60.00 well worth it. I owned a Samsung smart watch before this one, I like this one more. Waterproof besides. Can't beat it strongly recommend this watch.

Hi, my exact model smartwatch was going fine until it prompted me to do a firmware now it overestimates calories. So for example, 5 minutes on the step machine used to be roughly 170 cal and now it estimates are over 300 which I know is not right, which completely defeats the purpose I brought this watch for to count steps & calories for exercise. So what do I do? How do I get it back to its original way of counting calories?

Doesn't specify on the manual but I had read on the reviews that it is 20 mm. Hope this is correct cause I took the plunge and ordered one. lmao

Just got this watch yesterday. I tried to receive a phone call with it but it didn't work. I've been playing with the settings but haven't tried it again. What I'm really getting frustrated with is that I've tried to use Alexa and it keeps saying it can't understand me. I've spoken English ever since I was born with no accent (I'm Canadian but not French Canadian). Any suggestions as to how I can remedy that issue? All the health features seem to be working fine.
