Tenzo - The Raider Who Saved Iki 

When i first played hrough iki island, the revelation that Tenzo killed Kazumasa floored me. It really gave more tesion through the rest of the story.

Tenzo is such a good character, he never felt rage to Jin or the Sakai name and despite Jin threatening him multiple times, he forgave him and trusted him.

I had a feeling Tenzo was the one who killed Kazumasa after that first interaction with Jin, I was really hoping that they'd give us a choice to fight or forgive him

I thought it was funny how you had to hide the Sakai armor, and yet you can wear capes, headbands, and swords that have the clan symbol all over them.

This DLC was very interesting to me because It's not just Jins fathers legacy that gets shown for what it really was. But it also in my opinion shows Jin that the Samurai aren't always the perfect guardians he's known them to be. Building on the conflict he has with his uncle. At the start of the DLC Jin doesn't just defend his fathers actions but also the actions of the samurai in general. A prideful notion that Tenzo throws back in Jins face when the reality of what the samurai did is revealed. Something I always liked about Jins character is that throughout the base game he talks about going against his instincts when he first starts acting like the ghost. However as the game progresses it shows him being more natural with Ghost tactics, even inventing his own in the form of the Wolfs bane poison. Something else is also Kazumasa's invasion itself. In alot of the flash backs it's almost like he doesn't actually care about the island. It seems like he's only there to fight, which I personally think could have something to do with his wife's passing. It felt like he was just there to vent his rage and frustrations. He trys many times to bond with Jin but they tend to fall through. But there is a moment when Jin brings up his mother and Kazumasa almost screams at him. Just my opinion though.

I finally finished this DLC now that the games out on PC and these videos have been great to watch through as I finished it. Great dlc and a great video!

I was FLABBERGASTED when I found out Tenzo was the one that killed Kazumasa. I didn’t know how things would end between him and Jin. I loved that even in the end, when Jin had to face The Eagle, instead of going with Fune, he tells her “Jin needs me” and sticks it out with Jin like a true friend and watches his back, even with their history. It was such an amazing added storyline. All companies need to take notes!

I was always wondering and theorizing if Tenzo is Kazumasa’s killer. Their voice was the same when you heard the “may your death benefit all beings.” line.

So I read the script of GoT 2. The eagle isn't really dead, and turns out to be Jin's mom. Jin's father sent the mother to Iki, and even tried to kill her there because he got caught up in some weird cult. Tenzo (Jin's unknown step-brother) stopped Jin's father as we know from killing the mother, which mad the mom join the weird cult, and becomes it's leader. Tenzo doesn't realize the Eagle is his mother, nor Jin his brother, since he has dealt with a lot of trauma as a child and has mentally blocked a great deal of his life away.

Its not pronounced icky. Its eekey. I love your videos but really made this one hard to watch.
