Loma has slowed down anyone who’s followed him knows he’s slowed down since just before fighting Teo. Now his skills are still there but his speed is a fraction of what it was. He’s still a problem for anyone and just in my opinion promise for prime he still loses to pretty much I any of the top guys except maybe Shakur.

Devin the same minus the power and Tank the same minus the size. Shakur and Prime Loma I don’t think Shakur has any advantage over Loma at all.

He never said anything about the injury till after the fight. His dad told him to postpone and he told him that if he didn't fight that night or if word got out that he was injured that he would retire. He got the surgery the next day.
@@JayJo1632except he was in the hospital that next day getting surgery on his shoulder. Post fight interview nothing ever came out of Lomas mouth about his injury. He made not one excuse.

Exactly! Floyd was over the hill and past his prime (36) when he fought a young Canelo, and still schooled him! Canelo is 33 and won’t fight Benividez and a number of other fighters. Decafe fans say Canelo was green when Floyd whipped that butt. The boxing commission that sanctioned the fight didn’t think so; the promoters didn’t think so; Canelo’s trainers didn’t think so. I guess non-boxers know more than the experts by saying Canelo was green because he got his butt whooped. So, now they should be saying he is yellow for ducking real competition, or maybe he’s red because he refuses to fight David Benividez 😂

Why do people hate Loma so much??? He’s a good fighter and only lost to the absolute best in the sport. None of his losses were super lopsided either…. Teo beat him the best and it’s mainly because he wasn’t active early.

Everybody keeps saying how Floyd and Tank waited until Loma got old, but never mention Loma staying amateur until he was 25.. Looks like strategy to me. It's not cheating so...call it what it is...and both ways.
The only problem with Teo demo Lopez some of the crazy remarks he made, but the guy is actually a beast in the sport and understand that top rank throws you in with any type of fighter so you have to adjust and I believe he did really well in his career. He gets critic a lot but face all the top guys to become undisputed. He fought loma and Josh Taylor at the prime whether y’all want to say Loma was injured or not that wasn’t something he knew
Not once have I heard a boxer say that another boxer can win against there former opponent, they feel if they praise the boxer against there former opponent, it will make them look bad
Keep in mind when Lomachenko fought Lopez, he was out of the ring for more than a year, wasn’t a smart move, he started off too slow and didn’t start winning any round till 8th . And based on Teofemos last couple of performances, he doesn’t look nowhere near the same as when he fought Lomachenko.
