Teppanyaki restaurant in Shijo, Kyoto!
The restaurant has a counter with 10 seats and a private room for up to 6 people. The restaurant uses carefully selected Japanese black beef, and on this day I had a fillet steak of "Kuroushi" from Kagoshima!
The beef is slowly cooked over a large amount of garlic and then grilled to a golden brown on the surface over a high heat.
The teppanyaki steak by the chef, who honed his skills at a very famous luxury hotel, is superb 🥺
