There really isn’t a gap except for the bottom radius. Teraflex points out that a continuous weld around the outside portion will compromise the frame section. I wanted to weld it but they most have research showing other wise. Good question.
Hey this is random but I just watched your video and I have the teraflex high steer system and I am having issues with mounting a sway bar to it. I see you got the sway bar relocation mounts welded on and I was adhering if there was any way I could email you or call you because I have a few questions.
