I get what you're saying but if you listen closely Gia validated what Melissa said. "When you were in jail the only time we seen them was when we were filming." So maybe Melissa was telling the truth about helping them out by filming but they were also helping themselves out by making money off of it too. It's sad that they didn't spend more time with their nieces off camera. Neither of them are a Saint. Teresa has her ways and so does Melissa. I think they're both holding onto the past and if they're ever gonna be a family then they need extensive family therapy OFF CAMERA.

I be wondering if people have actually watched the show when scenes like this come up. The girls have said from their own mouths for years that Melissa and Joe didn’t do as much as they make it seem when their parents were gone and they have the right to say that. By saying “you’re just children and need to learn your place” that diminishes the their experience
We know now it's because in February of 2022(which would be six months before Tersea's wedding day in August & two days before her wedding day, where the finale for this season was filmed) the last season reunion was filmed. At some point in that month of time, Is when LUIS called Joe over to their house to talk to him about the Rumours about Melissa cheating, kissing another man, with Tersea there. A rumour that Joe & Melissa & other casts members already knew was out for a year prior since in Margaret's own words, since February 27 of 2021. They all talked about it. They all talked about how Melissa & Tersea met with her ex best friend of 40 years Laura who told them about the rumour Margaret was spreading about Melissa. So filming started in May of 2022, shortly after the last season reunion. Where melissa says, Luis & Tersea met with Joe. Telling him about the rumour. So, it's actually the Gorgas who been trying to save their image, deflect from the rumour. They been going around saying these things but passive aggressively, and letting us viewers think this whole time it was about Melissa's mom not being invited, about Melissa not being a bridesmaid, about the pizza deal etc. Yet it really was, Melissa was already done, not wanting to go to this wedding anyways because she knew about the meeting teresa & Luis had to tell Joe what Laura said. That's why, melissa & Joe are trying to say they were protecting Tersea, letting her have her wedding bliss, want her to be happy, not saying anything it keep the peace etc. So they carried on holding it in, waiting for it to be brought Into the show, meanwhile setting the stage to make it seem this is why Joe wasn't showing up, or why Melissa wasn't taking any olive branches, why they couldn't go to her wedding. This is why they were saying that on the podcast & doing what they did. Melissa is mad at Tersea & Luis for talking to Joe privately, alone, off camera over at their house to tell him that Melissa was caught making out with another guy in the back of a car. That Laura was calling Margaret out, that she was telling this & other secrets about what Margaret been doing & saying about everyone else.
I’m reading some of these comment and it’s like, how dare people think that they have the right to decide what Gia and Gabriella have a right to say. We are not experiencing what they’re experiencing, we’re just watching it on TV. Those girls are actually living through stuff that the Messy and Tiny Tarzan doing to them. They have seen and heard and been part of this for most of their lives (season 3 filmed back in 2010). These young WOMEN have a right to speak about their feelings and what they have been through and call out the Fame Whorgas on the LIES that they are spreading about the Giudices.
It sucks that this whole drama between Teresa, Joe, and Melissa is now impacting the kids….Antonia, and Gia get it the worst. Every time I’m on Gia’s TikTok or IG, it’s just people asking her about her Teresa and Melissa and/or shading her as well as on IG, and any time I’m on Antonia’s IG or TikTok….it’s just comments from grown women, shading and bullying Gia, Gabi, Milania, and Audriana mainly for how they physically look….when none of Antonia’s posts have anything to do with them. Everyone wants to go after Gia because of that infamous argument between her and Joe, but people keep forgetting that Joe Guidice is still Gia’s father…..and Gia is a family person, so hearing her uncle talking shit about her father obtaining set her off. Also, Gia is the oldest out of all of them….her sisters, Antonia, including Gino, and Joey…so she’s experienced so much, and a lot more than all of them. It’s no wonder why Gia is very opinionated, and is mentally head strong….she knows that people will talk shit but she knows that they aren’t bold enough to say anything to her face.
Everyone wants to say that Teresa involves her daughters in the drama…..um it’s not like she willingly intends for them to be involved, however….when it’s their family and her daughters names are being brought up, obviously they’re gonna be involved for that reason, and Teresa is gonna end up having to talk to them because she wants to make sure that they’re okay and to know how they feel, because it does affect them. The Guidice sisters are allowed to have their voices and opinions on their family’s situation, they’re allowed to voice who they feel. Let’s also not forget….even Nono called out Joe and Melissa in so many past episodes for not coming around to visit that much. I’m sure we all remember that one episode where Nono called them out, and it was after Nonna had died. Nono was giving it away that Melissa and Joe weren’t good people.
Still Theresa was his baby girl, go back and watch and you will see how she put that into his head. Like look how Joe treats us, meanwhile she’s throwing the rock and hiding her hand. She doesn’t take accountability, but then wants people to act like it didn’t happen and just move on. Even Melissa this season told her son to kiss his aunt at the charity baseball game, she could be feeding him stuff the same way that Theresa does and I’m sure they have seen how hurt there dad was but still Melissa especially tells the kids to stay out of it.

Melissa doesn’t act like an aunt so Gia doesn’t see her as one. I have two aunt-in-laws like this. They have never felt like my aunts despite being in the family for so long. One of them my mother actually likes but I don’t much to my mother’s confusion. Sometimes children form their own opinions independent from their parents.
The problem is Millissa has no manners she brings up stuff that shouldn’t be brought up. She needs attention desperately, and Teresa has to stick up for herself, and it causes an argument.
