Amazing memories of Terminator 2, Arnold was great with the weapon, riding his motorcycle.

0:51 I suspect that they put such a large amount of planters in that area to keep some fruitcake from stealing a truck and trying to drive it off the side to 'recreate' the T-1000. They would most likely die from their injuries and there is a scary number of people out there who would attempt such a thing. It also has a secondary effect of being a nice place to plant flowers given that it is a tourist attraction, but it looks like nothing is there presently. The original wall that the T-1000 drove through was about 2 to 2.5 feet tall all the way across, was made of similar long bricks and had a thick metal railing on top. I see that they have opted for a taller metal fence instead of the rail. I guess perhaps because of the more frequent tourists given the now-attraction. Probably to keep kids from climbing the wall. I've seen those California washes in heavy rains and they're raging rivers sometimes 6-8 feet deep or more.

I agree with you on why the large planters are there.

Just a suggestion, it would be helpful to replay the actual scene in various places of this video. Thank you taking the time out to show us.

Thanks for watching. Most RU-vidrs do paste in the clips. I do my videos just with the location. Most of the locations I do people are familiar with the movie. Also, this way I don't have to worry about copyrights.

I was thinking about this a few days ago (before you posted this video) and was Googling the location and looking on Street View, and now you've posted this great video!

That spot is indeed one of the most memorable moments from the movie. But now, it's no wonder why those barriers are by the wall so nobody would try to recreate that scene with a real semi crashing through (which isn't likely). When you said motorcycle, you mean dirtbike.

Yes. Dirt bike. It's also one of the easiest locations to find.

James Cameron had great ideas to do this scene with the truck and the motorcycle.

Thanks for the video. Is crushing trucks and blasting them under the bridge in the movie during filming real or modified in the computer.

You're welcome. Thanks for watching. Sometimes it's both, or it's computer, or they are really blowing something up. Probably depends on money and/or safety. Hollywood likes to make it look as real as possible. In this movie everything looks real, especially the truck crashing into the wall.
