Seeing as how this game has played out, I assume there's a DEAD even past the 9 door. If there wasn't, then everyone could just leave after a certain number of people confirmed and got the door open. In that case, they wouldn't have to worry about leaving anyone behind. And like you just said, the door wouldn't open for less than three people.

This was always one of my biggest problem with "killer little girl" trope. An axe requires quite a lot of strength to use effectively as well as a landing a good hit to cause damage. It's not like a knife that you can just stab into someone - you need a good swing to do that. But in anime when a small girl takes an axe, she easily kills people. Seven or Santa would definitely be able to fuck Clover up when she went all axe crazy. Even Junpei from his on the knees position would be able to tackle her - and she won't be able to make a good enough arc with the axe to have enough momentum behind it.

Clover wasn’t wrong when she said they should check all the rooms to find a way for all of them to escape tho. We know door 2 gives us the sun key which leads to the submarine and that submarine might be operable as an alternate escape route. Idk how many people it can fit or if there’s some puzzle, password or key required to use it but it’s there for a reason. Door 1 gave them a Uranus keycard but I don’t believe we’ve seen a door or elevator with a Uranus symbol so it’s either for the submarine or whatever’s behind door 9. Thus if they explore all the rooms and get all the keys/keycards they might all be able to escape alive. The watch just needs to detect that they’re far enough from the ship to deactivate the bomb. As long as nobody tries to kill anyone else during the process everything should work out. I think the best option would be to go through door 4 to get the clover bookmark from Santa. Then go through door 7 to give clover the bookmark and hopefully prevent her from going on a crazy murder fest. Don’t force your way through door 3 cause then door 7 and 8 are unexplored and you won’t find the keys that lead to door 1 and 6. You want to have those options so the rest of the group has something to do and doesn’t end up dead. Choose door 2 with lotus and seven and the others can go through door 1 (1+3+6=10=1). However clover will be left alone. This could be a good thing tho cause then she can’t pick up the axe in door 1. Meanwhile everyone else is busy and in a group so whoever the killer is can’t make a move. (I suspect ace is the killer and wants lotus’ watch like in every other ending but he’ll be busy and separated from her so he can’t kill her. Ace won’t kill June and Santa tho cause if he returns to the group alone they’re gonna immediately suspect him.) When they all meet back up they’ll prob investigate the sun door next and find the submarine and realize they have a back up plan. Then they’ll check door 6 and find door 9 and decide how to split the group.

I can't remember if they ever say in-game why Lotus dresses like that, or if I only heard it in a creator interview, but I think the reason given is just that finds it fun to dress like that.

There is one pointless ending, one good ending, and one true ending. That's all you have left and need the safe ending before the true ending or else you might do everything right, but would get the pointless ending, better known as the "coffin ending". I know. Complicated.

Oh my god, that was rather...morbid...D: Also, I just wanna mention "Pom gets wi-fi" has an interesting 999 refrence, and, I'd love to see Nico play Pom gets wi-fi just so he can find that, and we get to see his reaction...XD Because that'd be priceless. And see his reaction to the game, because it's a very strange game.

I'm pretty sure Clover wasn't the killer in the previous two endings. No promises, though. Anwyway, is anyone else wondering where Ace and Lotus went? Was there any point to their leaving other than isolating Junpei for the scene with Clover?

The captain had a bracelet with Zero. In digital roots, 0 and 9 are no different from one another, add either or both just returns you to the non 0/9 number.

I'll be honest. If I were trapped on the same _currently sinking_ ship as my loved one's killer, along with the heavy invisible weight knowing that a bomb in you that could detonate anytime, I'd just go insane and murder everyone with me and get the fuck out. So tbh I wouldn't even try blaming Clover for that.

But once they get through the 9 Door, won't it count as game won? So they'd be free and not blown up? I can't think of anything else that Ace would have wanted to show Lotus that he couldn't without Jumpy (bar something a bit naughty~ ) and that they add up to 9 together is a bit too much of a coincidence. If Jumpy had gone along to the door it would have been very awkward to go through. Although... yeah, they need three people to get it even open. Where the hell DID they go, then?

Oh clover you got it all wrong; it was ace who killed your brother. If only she went and killed ace instead. Obviously ace took lotus somewhere to kill her for her watch (like in every other ending) and prob escaped through door 9 already. It was also kinda creepy how ace came to check on clover and junpei so soon after they split up when junpei told him to check the other room, almost as if he wanted to keep an eye on the two. Then junpei felt a random sharp pain in his head right before ace pops up again and exposes him for cheating at the vote. I think ace used some telepathy power to enter junpei’s mind and found that out. Then he verified it by checking his pocket. It was also really bizarre how junpei switched from thinking clover looked inhuman and dead to her looking like a “benevolent goddess”. Maybe she has some mind control powers too and brainwashed him into thinking she was trustworthy. After all it was hinted that Clover may have been a part of the experiment 9 years ago. As for the dead guy: I think he either is zero but was murdered cause one of the 9 thought that would end the game. However they quickly realized the game is automated so if they want to live they still have to play by zero’s rules. Then that person decided to just kill and steal watches and escape alone. But idk how this person would be able to get access to the captain’s quarters so early. Thus the possibility I’m leaning toward is that the guy isn’t zero; he was one of the original 9 but was murdered by zero. Zero then took the guy’s watch for himself and slipped the 0 watch on the dead guy so when the group arrives at the scene they would think zero is dead and lose their suspicion of zero being an impostor amongst the group.

...I just NOW got that his arm was cut off and that he wasn't just sliced across the torso. And I've replayed this game about 6 times to help me understand things deeper. Yet I somehow never understood that his arm was chopped off.

the funyarinpa makes an appearance in Pom gets wi-fi in the house with the birdcage, and the dog who lives there goes Junpei when Pom doesn't know what a funyarinpa is.

I just realized something about the dead guy. Remember when Snake said "or if the heart rate reaches zero, the bracelet will fall off." but his didn't. if the real Zero killed him, he would've taken.

You get different endings so you may get different killers I am guessing.

The one ending you had to get was likely the one with Clover, because it seems to be the only one which reveals the murderer.

Now i really don't know who is who and who is the murderer,if it is Zero,than who murdered him,and who murdered EVERYBODY in the submarine ending,who murdered Snake...so many questions,ugh..anyway,thanks Nico for an hour of excitement:))

Nico~ The ending you need to do to get the true ending is the ending everyone calls the safe ending. I wouldn't call this spoilers but just in case *SPOILERS* the doors you need are 5, 8, & 6 so you can get the info you need for the true ending. To get the true ending you need to go through doors 4, 7, & 1. :D That's all.

It's not like Zero uses cameras and manual triggers to blow them up for rule breaking. Even if 5 people verify and 2 more slip in behind them, the 5 can still deactivate the RED/DEAD system.
