Welcome back to Terra Invicta, and as you've all voted, this time we'll be heading up the Initiative - a shadowy group of corporate, political, and criminal figures determined to answer the alien invasion...by making a bunch of money.
For this playthrough - each episode will bring new house rules representing directives from the Board of Directors, afterall, I'm just the Chairman and ultimately have to answer to the Board.

The Board's directives will begin applying from episode 3. Until then, I'll be adding my own rules each episode.
Opening Rules:
Avoiding Oversight: Much of the world is on guard after the alien discovery and this is no time to put ourselves in the crosshairs - can not open in any country with Democracy score of 7 or higher
Proprietary R&D: If we can't patent it, why invest in it? - At any time we must have at least 1 pip in every engineering research slot or a majority of pips allocated to engineering rather than global research
How Corruption wins Conflicts: Russia must win its starting war (nothing says I can't then release Ukraine of course)
