On an other note. I almost beat the boss rush twice (what killed me was SCal, the background diminution was making stuff too difficult for me and my poor vision... It seems like it's better now?)
@@lusasol true, the most difficult part is DoG and beyond. Providence is one that I kept dying to, exo mechs too, yharon kinda. DoG is also deadly. Scal too! But aside from that it isn't really that hard, endgame gear makes it so that I can get hit in the first half of the fight without taking damage.
So I see a lot of people saying this isn’t valid because of god mode, it’s very clearly not, but I completely forget what lets you keep your adrenaline after getting hit, also did they re-sprite the adrenaline bar again?
Draedon's heart replaces adrenaline with nanomachines. Getting hit only pauses the recharge and it becomes a burst of healing instead of a massive damage boost.
i haven't played modded since before calamity 1.5 and wow the visuals of mods have improved so much!! i really have to play again with how much new stuff has been added، can anyone recommend me to play new calamity alone or with this mod?
@@aboood7628 this is such a bruh moment. Anyways I did a top tier clutch on Supreme cal and lived with only 3 hp left. Thank God for the fact that debuff instantly wear off during Supreme cals death animation. Thanks for allowing me to actually 100% infernum finally.
A final bossrush is a better endgame than normal terraria, you beat the final boss, get all the cool loot but there is no challenge anymore, bossrush does not give anything(calamity gives a rock and infernum gives a trompy) and serve as a great final challenge with the best high end loot and conclusion of the mod...at least for now
im going to upload a video on infernum boss rush soon, but for some reason it kind of feels too easy, its not exactly easy, but i nearly just beat it on my first attempt, i died to the last attack of scal(i think she somewhat ignores invincibility frames sometimes)

Light dance is easy to aim but deals alright damage, fab-staff deals insane damage but requires precision. There was no serious strategy involved tho :p
then there's something wrong with your underworld! you must've destroyed a bunch of the naturally occurring ash blocks (ones placed by you don't work) It shouldn't crash in a new world! :)
Or vortex beater the explosions provide nice DPS but over I would choose daybreak (I didn’t on my playthrough because I was to lazy to switch to melee)

I can't think of much else, but those are the major ones I can recall at the top of my head.
Fun fact, the giant eye in the background is Xeroc, the creator of the Calamity world, looking down upon you as you fight his strongest creations. The reward for beating this challenge brought by him is his first ever creation.
if you want the same graphics it's just calamity mod texture pack + lights and shadows mod. as for the rest of the mods i can't really recall them rn but they're just the normal calamity ones. calamity, calamity music, infernum, infernum music, etc. there's also cheat sheet, hero's mod, nycro's nohit mod, Fargo mutant mod, and probably more insignificant mods that I can't recall rn
Who here was here for Calamity's first version. When it was not even calamity mod? Edit: The very first version had a boss called volcaineon. (Which would later be known as Calamitas Clone.) Also had a second phase called Soulcainion. The background sky would turn red and it was bullet hell at the time. If you were to fight it today, it would be ez.
@@aboood7628 ur equipment that activates when u take dmg activated, whenever that activated u never took dmg. Plus if ur so sure why do u have both cheat sheet and hero mod enabled? U can tell from the 2 small arrows at the bottom of ur screen. So if u never were in god mode how come ur equipment that activates when u TAKE dmg activates when u took NO DMG. U also dashed into projectiles multiple times. Last time I played calamity which was a couple days ago dashing into projectiles never gave u IFrames. Only dashing into ENEMIES U also get hit from the wall of flesh when it spawns by running into it, it also grabbed u and pulled u back yet again u took no dmg? 0:40
@@maldivesthegamer9774 cause I don’t need to watch a full boss rush when I see someone dash into projectiles multiple times, activating their retaliation accessories yet takes no dmg
