This was my latest video apparently, and I was wanting to post more on this channel, but I was unmotivated to do so. I am going to start posting videos again on this channel, thank you all for the support, it means a lot to me.
Even though I cannot defeat Mutant, I really like his boss battle. Every attack is something the mod would let the player do, so it feels less like fighting a monster and more like fighting an equal. Maybe, just maybe, Mutant was just like you at ome point, but in his quest to master the Souls, he became disfigured and trapped to forever plateau in his skills and strength.
@@ShrekieHulk If i remember correctly, I used the weapon you get right before mutant from the abomination. It was the sword that had a special ability to create a bigger version of itself and it had yellow demon scythes to hit mutant after the giant swing.
It doesn't drop if you don't have any immunity frames in the entire boss fight. These are giving by stuff like taking damage (obviously), dashes, and teleports. He lunges at 2:08 which I think causes immunity frames.
Phantasmal Energy is an Eternity Mode exclusive crafting material uncommonly dropped by the Mutant. Alternatively, the Mutant can have it as a guaranteed drop if the player successfully defeats it *without triggering any immunity frames* throughout the fight; this includes taking any damage, dodges such as ones from the Black Belt, or dashing into an enemy using the Shield of Cthulhu.
no-hit invalid, I got hit a billion times during this fight due to my skill issue also you hit him a lot, very invalid also way too clean dodging, very very invalid
