This brings me back to when I watched those PBGGameplay HC videos. Great stuff!

For the next multiplayer challenge, I think you should do hardcore terraria, but the 8 people are split between 2 teams, and whoever’s team survives the longest will win.

I wanna do something like this, but I have four problems. 1: I basically have no friends 2: The friends I DO have either don’t know what terraria is, or don’t like it. 3: I don’t have a device that can run multiplayer well. 4: if I do this with randoms, there will be a good chance that one will join with post endgame gear and ruin everything. So yeah, unfortunately I won’t be doing anything like this anytime soon.

This reminds me of the good ol' days of PBG's Hardcore series, like Minecraft Hardcore. I wish for someone to one day revive this concept, and you've given me the taste of the golden nectar that is nostalgia that I once cherished every moment I saw a new upload. Thank you for letting me relive those days. I'd absolutely love more of this sort of content with your friends!

This really takes me back to the olden times of PBG's hardcore series, which also featured Terraria in a couple of seasons. Love stuff like this

so i'm going to impart some knowledge on you about HC and how to beat it, and it's definatly not to do what they did in this video, as this was for content obviusly, so the slow and safe gameplay needed for HC isn't really viable. But to start you should always mover around caves in tunnels that you periodically block off behind you with dirt, so it's relatively fast to get throughthrough again. This way you won't die to fall damage or enemies outside of worms, where you just recall or try to fight. avoid undergroung Desert at all costs, as the Tomb Crawlers will kill you. Then as for a base it should always be at least 10 bocks off the ground to avoid Ghosts and blood moon enemies coming through doors, or Goblins from breaking them. Then after you make a full tunnel up to a Sky island, and get a lot of Cloud Blocks, then you can make the ground under and around your base from Cloud Blocks since it prevents fall damage. If you happen to find a Marble biome, then making a mob grinder there, with a safe background walled off interior is key, in to getting the full Gladiator set, to gain Knockback immunity and decent defense, this will make enemy or boss stun locks not that probable, so it is a must if you find the biome. for boss arenas, the rails work well for EoC and KS though having it be flatter will make it far safer to use. As for BoC and beond, farming EoC for money of grinding it from something else and buying bombs to bomb a properly big arena in the Crimson, and filling the background fully with player placed background walls means that enemies won't spawn in the arena mid fight. as well as lining the top and bottom with cloud blocks so you can use the gravitation potions safely with no fall damage. then for what after, well getting full molten geat and killing Queen bee shouldn't bee that hard as you just need full warding and molten armor to practically make the fight a joke, and remember to farm for the beezor to switch in to negate the poison debuff as you take hits, then you can get redy for WoF or Skeletron as you fell like it. and enter HM, I'll leave it there as this video was already around half of PH so i don't want to make a full list past all of PH.

Here's my idea for the next multiplayer video Terraria hardcore but every time we kill a boss one member can comeback

this with proximity chat, no death messages, and no one on the same team would be crazy (and no chat as well)

Hear me out, a collective hardcore but its where once everyone has died once the world ends, so theoretically if one person never dies the rest have inf lives, this would add a funny dynamic of protecting one player. But have anti cheese measures, such as the players eith lives have to still be avtively playing and fighting bosses

This video was really good, but I've got an idea for next time to make it even better. Terraria hardcore, but for every time you guys defeat a boss for the first time all of your fallen comrades are revived. That way you might be able to reach further into the game with the same stakes as before. Edit: Okay, just noticed that I wasn't the first one to think of this, but whatever, it'd still make for a good video imo.
