For some reason, being stuck in a shadow orb room trying to escape while EoW tries to kill you is made even better with this music.

Story time, first time killing the EoC. Barely prepared to fight it, on 1 heart, EoC is in its 2nd phase and about to charge at me. Just when it’s about to charge a fallen star hits it and kills it. I couldn’t believe it either.

I love that the trading card for EoC is "Cthulhu has more danger in his eyeball than most monsters have in their whole body. You've never seen Cthulhu, *but Cthulhu has certainly seen you* "

This song describes so many confusing moments for me. Like the EOC showing up from literally nothing or king slime. I remember that whenever I would hear this theme I could start shaking and running as far left as possible.

Man, you can never forget your first encounter with EOC, it's so memorable making your first arena, getting all that good gear and prepping all the potions and waiting till nighttime to fight him.

This fits perfectly to most bosses The sirens alarming the player about the enemy The boss attacks and when the music ramps up the fight intensifies

Im relatively new to this game, only had this for a week and just yesterday I fought my first boss, EOC and that was terrifying

Definitely my favorite Boss Fight soundtrack in this game. Re-Logic didn't have to go this hard but they did and we're all better for it.

I like how this theme gives the vibe of like "we are Bad guys!!" and the rest boss themes actually sounds threatening.

fought skeletron prime at night during a thunderstorm. the rain, thunder combined with skelly boy blasting and swinging at me while im running away from him, gunning him down with crystal bullets just so badass

0:35 this part sounds like all of the people in your town hoping and praying that you will slay the beast and save everyone

This to me is the most iconic boss theme in Terraria.

When you're sleeping at work and suddenly your boss comes into your room with the eye of Cthulhu

I swear timing was perfect with this. I had lost to the EoC a long time ago so I’ve been grinding recently to fight it again. And the same day I had made an arena, the chat said "You feel an evil presence watching you..."

*Something about this theme is badass.*

When you first start playing the game and on one of your first nights this music starts playing and you have no idea what is going on and only a wooden sword to defend yourself.

The First Time I and a friend of mine fought the EoC, my friend died, It was up to me. We thought that we could make it since the EoC was having low HP but NO! I somehow managed to get stuck inside blocks and fell inside a cave and died. The second time we won because I didn't fell somewhere and my friend didn't die.

I remember the first time I fought eye of cthulu, i was about to die, but a miracle happened and it got struck by a star

Eye of Cthulhu has awoken! Skeletron has awoken! King Slime has awoken! Eater of Worlds has awoken! The Goblin Army has arrived! 12 hours later.... Eye of Cthulhu has been defeated! Smth i quite like about the game is that the first like 5 materials have a shortsword and a broadsword but anything after is just "Screw this we gettin massive"

i just remembered the time i summoned the eye of cthulu to fight it and that same night was the night it was going to spawn normally. long story short, i had to fight 2 eyes of cthulu.

I used to hate this theme, but now it's really grown on me to the point it's probably my favorite Terraria boss theme. It just perfectly fits how chaotic and tough the game's bosses can get.

*Mechdusa spawns* >kites the damn thing >reaches edge of map, tries to go back >mfw I get trapped between a tree and the serpentine body before getting shot to death by a cursed flame

Fun little story: so I was in the middle of a fight with the EOC and out for no where a falling star hits the EOC, basically finishing the fight early for me. Edit: wow this seems to be sorta common but eh who cares

Okay but no one is talking skeletron or the skeletron prime fight, which actually goes with the music really well. I feel it fits skeletron (+prime) more than the other bosses. Still the best boss music doe.

Not knowing anything about this game, accidentally triggering bosses, this music hits different.

The little interlude at 0:26 gets me every time. But 0:52 onward until the part ends is my favorite.

hearing the first 30 seconds repeatedly as i slay the dozen or so eyes of cthulhu i got from random chests for money never becomes boring

I couldn’t hear this legendary theme just because me and the boys were using weapons with so many noises & the eye of Cthulhu started to go in its 2nd phase

Something funny that happened to me while playing: My dad and I were playing together, we were creating some platinum swords that we had found while exploring, when suddenly, it became night and started playing this music, we both didn't know what it was about but out of nowhere a giant eye appears, we both got scared. I really like that memory

ISTG this feels so fucking heroic yet terryfying, this is a PERFECT boss theme, for example for skeletron. A giant skeletron guarding a terryfying dungeon miles beneath, trying to stop your entry, as you fight it, and the 0:33 bit always made me feel fucking OP lmao, i love this theme so much!

It’s all fun and games until it becomes 4:30AM while you’re fighting Skeletron.

I remember that I was playing with friends, and then a slime rain started, then a goblin army approached and then king slime awaked. We died many times, and I didn’t know why didn’t they leave.

His smaller minions, oh no, this strategy going to be ruined 1:20 you protected from minions but what's happening? He started spinning... 1:26 WTH IT HAVE MOUTH? 1:30 he speeds up and getting too close to you, this isn't good 1:54 wow he's losing his health very fast, you close to defeat him 2:04 now he have very low hp, just one touch and he's dead, but u can low hp too, just one damage and you die! Who attack first?! Lets try it 2:11 you was first YAY

EoC on Master Mode is actually really fun to fight, keeps you on your toes and its always fun to just dash/double jump away and through its attacks
