@@some_lucky_boy Or better yet Uzi Crystal Bulllets, they just delete Plantera's health bar! But if you care more for ammo depletion than raw damage go with Megashark, Chlorophyte. It still works very well and is much easier on most builds. Ps Flamethrower helps a lot on the second phase anyways. 🔥

My favorite thing about Plantera is getting an achievement called "The Great Southern Plantkill" (a play on the Pantera album "The Great Southern Trendkill", for anyone who doesn't know ) when you first kill her.
it actually references the regular jungle theme, as this was made at the same time period where the jungle actually didn't have a night nor an underground theme. 0:19 features a minor key version of the arpeggios in the jungle theme
This definently fits for a Jungle boss like Plantera. Because even though the jungle has cool music and is a valuable place for loot, It's a place to not mess with, otherwise... well... this happens. P.S. watch where you aim your explosives and the gun thag shoots the solution, it can actually activate Plantera if it shoots the bulb... I learned that the hard way XD
@@serakxi I’m guessing they took the jungle theme as a base layout of the song when they were going to create it. Then they did some major edits to the song to make it is own boss theme.
They got it from the American heavy metal band Pantera! It's a classic metal band with great vocals and outstanding guitar solos, completely underrated
today, after a while of me being a terraria player, dad decided (out of nowhere) to play some pantera. and when he informed me the band was pantera, i was internally like "oh yeah, plantera's name definitely ain't the only inspiration taken from pantera"

Fun fact: Plantera was based off the real life band Pantera which is why she is the only boss with metal music and why she drops an electric guitar (The Axe) Andrew Spinks the creator of Terraria was a huge fan of the band so he decided to make a boss based on them so he made Plantera

I love how this song starts. Once her bulb is broken, she doesn't show up immediately. The song builds up as she approaches and the guitars drop basically once she hits the screen. I'd like to think this was intentional
