Tech Design: Collective Press a button to split into 5 different techs, Each with a different weapon. You control the core, All the others are AI controlled, Until you want to re-attach them.

The fastener is a great addition. A fully mobile base where you can drop harvester techs when needed is great.

When do you plan to add RR shields to the campaign???

Payload studios, I have found a serious bug involving spawning in techs. If you spawn a tech in that has a modded block that got removed from the mod pack it crashes your game horribly. Sometimes it's so bad I have to restart my PC please look into this.

Make a drive for the company and creative mode, otherwise I create powerful tanks with special turrets, but I can't release them.

Imagine the techs you can make with the new fastener

Time for the mega charge station! Just connect to a base with 100+ solar panels and get charged instantly!

As nice as these updates are, having good fire control without mods would be awesome.

fasteners AND proximity sensors ? I'm no genius but that sounds like custom long range missiles to me !

My playstyle is to completely start from scratch by every major update and skip the tutorial because I've done it a lot of times already, problem being that every crafty quest feels like it's also part of a tutorial that you can't really skip because I still want that material, the dialogue is just so slow that it doesn't really make it enjoyable to repeat. Other than that I really enjoy the game, kinda wish the autonomous farming vehicles makes a return some day though, or at least some kind of item transportation outside of belts, I just like the idea of seeing vehicles roaming without attacking you.

Now we can make Motherships, Tank-Carriers, Self-propelled Factories with onboard defense vehicles without any problems!

oh, this notion of having this possibility of connecting techs and disconnecting them makes the things much more interesting >:D I can imagine how easy it would be if someone decided to build some kind of an automated defence system or a base, or even a long range artillery that can obliterate ennemies from distance, with an air vehicle or anything like it to move it.

Fastener block seems extremely glitched currently. Techs have a tendency to turn into a pile of rubble

hey remember the old resource radar module its still in game somehow it should be brougt back in update 1.5.4 as reticule research component radar it will be similar to the resource radar but throw any component from a scrap pile in and it will track the nearest scrap pile neat idea right

ooooh that fastener is real cool! I think it can work for some Tech attachments , like maybe you can attach a 'backpack' with wings and thrusters, or attach a mining/harvester on the front

cool but just add more guns for early game
