You don't lose Sub 12 to retime, you lost it to relogging The dragon death is 10 seconds long, and it restarts when you relog Your last explosive hits at 11:43.5~ so if you hadn't relogged this would've been about 11:57
Rek you have gotten significantly better and you produce high quality content but what’s more important to me is that you are encouraging people to take action through their health. Also you underwhelmed ten miles. As an xc runner it is horrible. Well done-some random 15 year old.
istg rek could talk about anything i still would sit with a stupid smile, stare at wall and listen to him even if i, personally, am not obsessed over speedruns, i still enjoy rekrap's content so much! :D
Hey good job on your run! I run track and cross country year-round and have to go on 10+ miles every Monday this year so I know how hard it can be. If you get a good schedule and stay consistent, eventually 10 miles like a breeze! I know you aren't setting goals with your running and you're doing it just to stay fit but if you stay consistent with your training you can go further with it than you think!
This story reminds me of that one time Rek went running barefoot, This man does crazy things for the sake of testing his mental will power and I can appreciate that
Before watching this video I had just been on a 6 - 7 mile walk. It was exhausting, respect to you for 10 miles and running. I would have dropped dead😅
Your videos are honestly amazing, I feel like you could just talk about anything and it would be a great video. Your "energy" is amazing! (idk how else to phrase it ._.)
Rek, I've walked fourteen miles uphill while backpacking, (meaning I had half my weight on my back) and I'm only 13. I agree with you man, doing something challenging is, I think, really healthy for you. Exspecaily with friends, they always help you when you need motovation.
Hey rek, love your videos and your attitude on life and doing hard things! I just PRed for my 3 mile time yesterday (23:49) and hit my first sub 8 minute pace! I have some goals set and it’s really cool to hear a youtuber I love to watch pushing himself and it’s really inspiring. Love ya
@@joelworth2385 Don't worry, I started off two years ago barely able to run up the hill next to my house, it takes time and effort but if you are commited and put in the work it really does pay off in the end!
Hey Rek you’re a good dude man you seem like you’re an amazing friend to have around just increase confidence and healthy pushes when you need them and Epik run man
It's great that you love running and want others to try it too. I love it so much and when people ask me why I like to suffer, I tell them it's not the suffering, it's the fact the I overcome the suffering.
wow, years after it came out and seeing it hundreds of times, i just realized why the achievement "Who is cutting the onions" is called that way ...........
Dude, I love running. I run about 3-4 miles per day(Because im in cross country) and it's a fun experiance! keep up the good work on videos.Love you rekrap!
I know how it feels man, I've been grinding for a sub 20. And just when I thought I had got it, my time showed up as 20:00.455 . It sucks for sure but also motivating like you said, good luck on your goal!
Amazing run! One thing though just to clear confusion, ender eyes have a 20 percent chance of breaking, not a 50 percent chance. Hope this helps a little!
i remember on your main channel when you posted the sub hour speed run video. Youve come so far since then. ive bren watching since 150k subs btw on ur main channel. and also your my favorite yter keep up the uploads
Considering you're interested in speedrunning, you should try out AA (all advancements)! I've gotten addicted to it, not going wr level or anything but it's really fun
I could listen to rek just speak for hours man. He's like a friend at this point who just hops on vc, talks about his day for a while, encourages and then goes to do hiis thing
Entering the nether at 1:40 ''I think it's a pretty solid time'' - Rek Solid? SOLID!?!? That's 4 minutes faster than my fastest entry Rek, what're you talking about, pretty solid. Nah that's super good Rek.
i appreciate the encouragement to exercise and im super proud of you for doing that 10 mile run,but as someone who had to do the mile in middle school, my advice to anyone seeing this is PLEASE start small, especially if you dont walk or run much. go around the block once or twice, its ok if thats all you can do. eork your way up to that mile, pushing yourself too far too soon can really mess you up. some people will never be able to run a mile, let alone 10. some people will never circle the block. and thats ok.
I am in my freshman year of highschool and I ran cross country the longest run we did was 8 miles, 4 uphill 4 downhill miles, during it i felt no satisfaction and wanted to die, afterwards I felt like I was in the best condition of my life, not physically because i thought i broke my feet because of bad shoes, but mentally pushing yourself past those limits was insane to me, I never knew I could do it but in the end, I had the best run of my life.
Because of your story I decided to run 16 miles (not 15 because it’s not even) just to see if I could and it was so great thank you so much. If you run please have water with you and proper food prompt to.
Here's a suggestion: Instead of having to reach into your inventory for the beds, you could use middle click before you click the bed, right? Great speedrun, don't be hard on yourself!
I used to run 3 miles 6 days a week for a couple months. Now I’ve had chronic knee pain for 5 years. Obviously not everyone’s gonna run as much as I did, but be careful. Doing something “hard” doesn’t make you better, especially with physical health. Don’t gamble with your health. If it hurts, stop. Resilience was taught to me by my life experiences not running. Don’t feel like you have to push yourself physically to be a cooler or more resilient person. Ignoring pain is not something to brag about. That being said, the spirit of what’s he’s saying is great, but as someone with this experience I wanted to share.
imagine if you did such a small thing like crafting just a tiny bit faster, you would have made it under 12 minutes. Regarless, I think a 12 minute run is still amazing, you'll for sure get it one day!
The mile thing is something I've experienced as well. It's like, "I wonder if i can..." Followed by something I usually wouldn't do because it's hard. It definitely tests your mental strength. Also sucks you were so close to be within 11 min.
