While camping alone I hear terrifying howling coming from deep in the Arizona forest!! I was filming a camping video showing a day in the life living in a pickup truck camper. Well into the night I was sitting near the campfire when I begin to hear a scary strange sound coming from deep in the forest!! Im still am not exactly sure what the sound was. It could have been coyotes, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Mothman, Jersey Devil, chupacabra, or ghostly spirits??

One thing to add a little more variety is to get those microwave Rice-a-roni bowls. One bowl is a serving. What I do is heat up the bowl in the microwave and prep whatever extras I want to add. I like to slice thin strips of Spam and grill it on a bed of onions with thin strips of sweet peppers and let the onions burn just a little bit. Add fresh ground pepper and then mix it with the Rice-a-roni in a bowl. Tastes great when it's f-freezing outside.

You know, I think that these videos are helping my weight loss journey because normally in the past if I’ve lost any weight, I can never seem to remember what I used to look like even in pictures. Hey, local Phoenician here, 70 degrees is still to hot! Lol. I live in an RV, this summer has been the most brutal yet, i moved up here from Tucson back in '96. My b-day July 25th it was about 119 degrees OUTSIDE, inside, maybe 140 or so, my circuit breaker popped so my pups and I sat for 4 hrs untill the temp went down enough for me to turn on the AC. 🥵. We're still in the '90s now, but I'm glad tripple digits are done for now. Hey, the cooking scenes are great, I don't use my propane stove, I have an electric hot plate and electric skilit and they work great. Microwave and crockpot to. I follow and watch others like myself, I pick up tips, get ideas, it's pretty cool. Nowadays, the nomad lifestyle seems to be the most affordable. Well, sorry for the long talk, have a good night.

As always a great video, and sweet Mason, I love seeing him, he loves his dad. Talking about Frasier, I wonder to if our furbabies tuck special memories inside their hearts of those they have loved. Speaking for myself, I love the cooking parts , you always bring great content. Mason is just a precious pup with that hair cut. I absolutely love seeing him in the videos. Aw, thank you so much for praying that this channel becomes a full-time one day ha ha ha I have basically devoted my life over the last two years to learning how to shoot video and edit and make these videos and how to title them correctly, etc. so I hope one day it all pays off ha ha ha You know what that is a great idea! Yeah, I actually wanted to take my boat and go camping on one of the lakes or reservoirs down south this week but the temps are still pretty high and I think it would make for miserable night trying to sleep when it’s 80 something degrees ha ha ha

Your videos make me think that I need to do something with my life. I worked in management for years 70 to 80 plus hours a week. I have been no where up till last year. I lost my younger sister, that made me think maybe it time to slow down and visit family and enjoy life. I'm 64 and your videos give me hope, Thank You.

Ironically I watched a video today that talked about how most people aren’t depressed, they just need to have a goal in life. Im not saying you are depressed l, but it got me thinking about that in my own life and I feel like they are exactly right!! When I was just taking each day at a time I was miserable!! This channel has been a huge goal for me!! In fact probably one of the longest things I have worked for with practically no pay or reward until two and a half years into it!! I can honestly say this channel has changed my life is so many ways for the better!! I think because I was focused on a goal and it makes me happier than ever to know it’s all finally starting to come together!! And yes, please slow down and enjoy life and make family a priority! Time is the only thing you can’t get more of!! Thank you so much for watching 🙏🤙

@@franjescaj that’s all it starts with! I had three businesses I was running so I had all the money I ever wanted but I had zero time to enjoy it. I ended up in the hospital for chest pains and realized something had to change. I haven’t regretted my decision at all!! Luckily the chest pains were anxiety and not a heart attack!! But it scared me enough to change my ways.

@@worklessenjoylifemore that’s crazy. I actually ended up in the er with chest pains also. Mine ended up being a heart condition and the dr was very clear I had to reduce the stress in my life !! I am 100% in my happy place when im just out in the woods …. Who knows.. 🤷‍♀️

Do you mean the video I didn’t even talk in? Lol. I didn’t really do anything. ;) I spend more time messing up camera shots then anything or talking when Kenny’s trying to film. Gosh if all that was actually on film 🫢 That’s why it’s best I stay home. I always joked around about that as well, cooking is probably one of the funnest activities to do well camping! Good evening from Godley Texas, had a great 8 days at Fort Parker State Park TX. You can drain a can of pinto beans then add to the chili. Cheese is a must. For some reason sounds are always amplified at night. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and happy travels 😎

Hey Larry...My god ,You would freeze to death up here in Alberta during the winter...50°F in the winter would be amazing...It gets down to -36°C with a windchill of about -60-70°C...It burns your face in seconds....That's why I want to come down to Arizona in February...I hate ,,no worse ,I despise cold and winter........Hey my blue heeler heard the coyotes immediately and started barking ..definately caught it...cool Amo box idea...

Larry, Great Video!! My Wife & I enjoy our Tuesday Truck Camper videos with you & Kenny! What we like are your cooking videos, any Truck camper modifications you make, your description of the areas you stay in and there locations(of course, some remain secret!), , history etc.. BTW your video of the caves and in the Two Gun area was freakin GREAT! We really learn a lot watching!! One Tuesday video can be enough, we know it takes a lot to put one out every week, 2 a week would probably be too much and may lose something!! We pick up our Truck Camper by the end of the month and can't wait!! Of course Mason looks cool with his hair cut. Do you have any problem with fleas or ticks? What about Mason?.....lol Sorry, I could'nt resist. See ya next Tuesday!

Ah! It sounded like you were watching Martijn Doolaard’s channel on RU-vid. His channel, like yours, is interesting and fun to watch! I’m planning to get a truck camper soon. That is what attracted me to watch you. Love the freedom a truck camper offers. Currently, I have a Class C which has no warmth (none) in cooler climates and too big for back roads, not as much off roading. Thank you for filming and sharing! P.S. Honestly, when I heard that noise, it did sound weird, but it sounded like it was so far away that I didn’t feel like I needed to stress too much. Ha ha ha plus Mason didn’t seem too concerned so I wasn’t that scared. Now I have heard things in the woods that have scared me to the point to where I’ve left my location, I guess it just depends on the situation. Loved the video and Masons hair cut looks great. It’s ok to be lazy with the videos, it happens to us all. Videos take a tremendous amount of time. I really enjoy your videos including cooking! I have added cooking to some of my videos based on this. It is hard to do videos every week, and I just went a couple of weeks without any new videos. AZ has some really cool waterfalls, that surprise many people. It would be great if you did some camping, hiking, or just day trips to a couple of them. AZ has so much great locations. Hello Rowan 👋 that is a really good idea about the waterfalls! I’m only aware of a few that unfortunately only run during monsoon seasons. I would love to hike down to Havasupia fall one day and make a video! That is one reason why I am dieting and going to the gym, is to train to be able to hike down into the Grand Canyon for a future video! 😁

Hopefully we get a good monsoon season next year, and then you can get some videos of the waterfalls! If you haven't check out the Kaibab Petroglyphs on the Keyhole Sink Trail in Williams, that is another really cool place. When I did my video there, I had some issues with my 360 camera, so my video wasn't as good as I would have liked. I think that is another place that would likely be better during the monsoon season after a strong rain.

That's one advantage of a class B or C sprinter type RV over a cab over PU camper. In the B or C you can just get up out of bed when you hear a cryptid, get into the driver's seat and tear off without going outside!!

I get what you’re trying to say and I’m glad that you mentioned the Geo tracker because I wasn’t sure if people liked that either. I’m thinking about making a video where I take my boat out but I wasn’t sure if I should do that because I don’t want to take away too much from the truck camping which is the original idea of the channel. I have pictures of my bike and a trailer I pull at the parking lot of a lake on Moonshiners run on the Tail of the Dragon in the Great Smoky Mountains. The lake was covered in fog for the first hour I was there. I wish I could upload a photo of it. Traveling and new experiences are the best memories out there.

Welcome aboard! Mason is a long-haired Chihuahua! I had a dog named Frasier that is seen in older videos that passed away about six or seven months ago, and he was also a long-haired Chihuahua too! Probably my favorite breed because they are so chill and so lovable!
