I have been watching several videos lately about haunted Maryland from some great channels. Your state has a fantastic paranormal history! I will have to check it out someday. I have been to DC ,Delaware and Virginia which are close to your state. My own home state of California has an insane amount of paranormal activity especially where I was born. All the old Gold Mines and towns from the Gold Rush are super haunted. Nevada is the same with the Silver and Cooper mines.😃👍👍❤️

This was an extraordinary investigation that not only made me laugh a few times; but the incredible information that came from the spirits were astonishing, and then to be conformed by the history of the location in your research was just fascinating.

I don't know how I stumbled across you guys but I'm so impressed... and I too was born and raised in Maryland and truly enjoy watching familiar locations, especially on the Eastern shore! Besides that, I your investigatios are literally the best!!

Mike this was a really refreshing video. Those EVPs, were amazing. I lived in a house that was owned by a woman who’s grandmother and great grandmother both lived. The grandmother was born there and also passed there and the great grandmother passed away there at 102 years old. I remember moving in I kind of did my usual house blessing even though it was a temporary rental. I addressed the owners grandmothers and said we’d respect their space, their family home. A few days later, I had an interesting experience and it was very unforgettable. When I was home alone during the days alone editing or doing some reading I’d hear what sounded like two elderly women talking upstairs but they seemed to be whispering. I called out not knowing what to do and the conversation stopped. The next day I heard them whispering again and it was coming from upstairs in the guest room. (I later found out that was the bedroom of the great grandmother. I said they didn’t have to stop on my accident. I tried recording but the whispering was too faint. Must be said, I moved to Scotland years ago from California after marrying my husband, a Scottish doctor from Aberdeenshire on the northeast part of the Scottish/UK mainland . We had an amazing life near the highlands living in the countryside. About a year and a half ago he chose to take a position up in Shetland and the health board arranged for us to live in a nice farmhouse overlooking the ocean until we found our own place which is how we ended up in that house with the whispering grandmothers. Shetland, is the northernmost point of Scotland and the whole UK Anyway it was a special experience… we will move back to the mainland in a year or so but there’s a different but special energy up here. This episode made me think of that little farm cottage and it’s cool you present investigations that aren’t all negative and it’s just inspiring because there’s so much content that seems to call everything nega Happy 4th everyone who will be celebrating time with friends or family ! 🇺🇸🎉
I found your channel through Colin and I’m so happy I did. I love your calm demeanor and how respectful you all are towards the spirits and souls that you interact with. It’s not the same do parlor trick methods. Ay Guys! Started watching and got to about 16:49 after you all said something about the compressor making noise and a loud whisper said " Yeah"!?? Will update again when I finish watching! Wow, during the Estes method with David, you all had quite a few spirits coming through! Also, them saying they need help, to leave says a lot! And not really knowing they are dead! My personal feelings after watching so many paranormal investigators, is that Time isn't the same in the spirit world! Also depending on certain circumstances they are able to travel to certain places! And the feeling they already know you is the conversations between spirits about you! The spirit world is no where near what we think! There are some that feel bound to a place and others that roam free to wherever they want! Yes, they are not held to the same physical aspects that we are, such as walking through inanimate objects such as doors and walls, also us! The weird feeling you get in a place with spirit activity, Ghostbumps, the sensation of someone touching you, hearing a voice when no one is there! Whether you believe in them or not there is a spirit world! That one day we will all be apart! Ty! Peace 🕊️

Mike, totally blown away.. was walking through Walmart watching this, I had at least 3 looks at every "OMG" or "no way!"..and I think I said each of them at least 100 times. I'll also be rewatching tomorrow when I'm not distracted by Walmart shoppers...😂😂 May I make a suggestion? On your return visit, will you try to get the owner in there for at least some of it? She could feel much more at ease by talking to them herself, even ask her own questions during an Estes. Maybe they can help her not be as afraid, and maybe love her non visible residents. The history you found after just makes the evidence almost iron clad in my opinion.. I want to know the farmhouse connection so bad!! As for the spirits knowing you and that you've helped others, I think its "simple", there's got to be a way that information is passed on in that realm, I also think that when word gets out that a living has been able to help a dead that news spread fast, like a true medium,, spirits see that living person like a lighthouse,, they can find that living from any place.. we know so very little,, but we are seeing patterns,, and that's clearly one I've seen.. As a sensitive I can tell you that yes they do get excited when they know you can hear and see them. When we pass on from this life we don't die or cease to exist as you continue to exist in what is like another dimension. They definitely communicate with each other too just as we do here. I work in another haunted restaurant and there are 14 spirits that are always popping in. Plus with a portal I have gotten numerous others that have recently passed that want me to give messages a lot. The funniest interaction I have had was with a man named Henry who was a past owner of the building who was watching me text one night and was wondering what I was doing so I had to explain to him how it worked which is awkward at times when you are dealing with someone who lived long before there was even phones.
@Jil_Brian I told him it was like hooking up a type writer to a telegraph machine, so u type out your msg and send it another person with a similar device like mine. . Also weird fact if I watch videos like this some of them will watch too.

I even wonder if at all possible if you’ve ever come across any Remington spirits, as they supplied the firearms especially for the war of 1812…if you have, then you’d be talking to my kin/ancestors. I'm from st. Michaels the town that fooled the British they hung lanterns in the trees so the British shot over the town completely missed the town. Down the road as a term that a lot of people from St Michael's used to tell people where they may be going or where they're from I helped remodel that bank when he turned it into the galley it always had cold spots in it it felt like people watching

It really seemed like they are just two kids and a few adults. It was really sad to hear the first panic when something hostile seemed to happen to them. Amazing documentation and seriously one of my favorite paranormal investigations of all time. Spirits are not just horrible things that seek vengeance or something; there can be kind spirits and even one's with humor. Glad you guys could experience that! Please don't wait too long to come back to this one and talk about the things you didn't hear before. CALL JACOB BY HIS NAME DAMN IT! During the estess method, the kids were joking around using David like a puppet! When he said his name was David. Super cool and talented spirits. Lastly, when he said he had "figured this out," does that mean that there's a trick to get their voice to come through better? I wanna know more.
It's starting to sound more like an extra terrestrial or an intelligent lifeform rather than a human spirit. Definitely advanced being we can't see living within our dimensional layers. Absolutely amazing if this is in fact real.
