Reminds me of Motel Hell. Rory Calhoun and his sister run a motel and sell their world famous jerky. The jerky is not surprisingly what happens to some of their guests. First they bury them out back up to their necks to tenderise them, which is what gives the jerky it's irresistable delicousness. If memory serves there was a chainsaw fight in it.

I love this film, it's so off the deep end, the shark scene cracks me up everytime. I've eaten fish that was bigger than the tiddly shark they used!!! The old couple are superb, the woman especially, sweet, motherly and downright evil. If this ever does appear in a remastered release, I'll be in the queue to purchase it and finally be able to ditch my well worn dvd!

Just watched this again tonight, I think it's a truly great movie. There were several other cannibal horror films like this made right around the same year: "Warlock Moon", "Cannibal Girls", "Welcome to Arrow Beach", and this. Although "Warlock Moon" is really fantastic, "Folks At Red Wolf Inn" is my favorite, and does it best.

Had this on video I bought in a cheap store on a rainy weekend as a kid, my brother and I watched it once just amazed at how crap it actually was, but we quote it as the benchmark of a bad film to this day. This film.

Oh yeah. Well it was name dropped(and explained) by Heather Matarazzo. I remember her for being the little nerdy girl in Hostel II. But she was in Scream 3 and the craptacular Princess diaries movies. I might do a review on "Delicatessen" soon. So i'll put that scene in there for a better visual explanation.

Always open for requests! I can't guarantee I'll do them but I always will put them in consideration. Also, every year I do an all request month on my website. I start taking requests in early November and then I put the top 20 up for vote. The top 4 get episodes in January and then I try to do some of the others over the course of the year. If you think of more just shoot me an email or twitter. (email is at the end of each video, I'd post it here but that just opens me to spambots)

Matthew Jones thats fine, I don't expect everyone to agree with me all the time. I just like to give my personal viewpoints on a lot of films I think get too much ire, as well as look beyond just the surface of a lot of these. (such as MoS) Excellent! Hope you enjoy them!
