It has been suggested elsewhere that Isis was essentially hired to do the attack by the RF security forces, as a way to drum up support for the war - a False Flag op, aimed at blaming Ukraine. Unfortunately, the op was so successful that Isis decided to claim the attack as their work, and has done so in a manner that really can't be argued with by anyone who has all the info. Why was the operation so successful? The FSB/KGB/Police/etc KNEW IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN & had been WARNED OFF in advance. Furthermore, there have been reports that both the Emergency Exits had been locked, and that the fire suppression system that was in place had been deliberately disabled. Both would be a means of increasing the bodycount if the "hired" gunners decided to "shoot to scare" rather than to kill. Employees of the Crocus complex have made posts online about this, claiming that several safety and security systems must've been disabled prior to the attack for the attack to have been so deadly, and for the fire to have been able to take hold.

@pamelajaye

And I have seen on the evening network news people putting up flowers for the people who died in the attack. No one is stopping them. I could say it has been a good couple of months or maybe it's just one month for the people who sell flowers in Russia. I don't know. Maybe that would sound like I don't have a heart. I honestly don't know how people who report news do it. In the US, at the end of the news, they always have some happy story so that viewers won't want to go out and do something that if I said it RU-vid would take my comment away. I've noticed that since the '80s. Before that I wasn't paying attention. Before you came on, the other night, I was watching Agenda Free TV, So I knew some things but I couldn't say them because it was a report of someone who was either caught or seen fleeing and there was a word that we didn't understand But the problem was that I couldn't remember what the word was. It was something like Lulric? Honestly I would have to spend hours rewatching in order to find it. But he looked it up and it was a description of people from certain areas. It made me think of Dagestan and the idea that there are many republics in the federation which might wish to break away if they could. Of course I wouldn't have known about those except for hearing about them from you. And I couldn't think whether they would have some sort of leadership. I forgot about ISIS... And I didn't even know what the K stood for. So I still don't know why The police across the street didn't do anything for an hour. Unless they got paid off? You said bribery is big in Russia. (By the way, they don't have sprinkler systems in Russia or are they just another thing which is poorly maintained?) Or maybe someone said hey if lots of people die, then we can just blame it on Ukraine and we don't even have to do it ourselves! How incredibly convenient! The one thing I never knew was that the KGB was supposed to "protect" the Russian people. Also I vaguely feel as if something terrible happened sometime recently somewhere and nobody knew it was going to happen at all. But I can't remember what that was. Russia didn't know about it the USA didn't know about it maybe China didn't know about it either. And honestly I can't remember what it was but it seemed strange when somebody mentioned it at the time - that someone should have known. I don't even know where it happened. So that was an entirely vague paragraph but I just remember that feeling. Okay actually someone somewhere said it and I was like "yeah, how come?" ... And you thought you were going to get a few days off. Sorry about that ♥️ (And I have to check my phone because I got a visual alert from RU-vid but no sound. And my phone is the only thing I allow to make sounds. Last week it got so backed up it stopped accepting SMS messages... And it was still too early for it to be on Do Not Disturb) Anyway thanks for this update/insight.

Russians seem to have forgotten: " The first American relief ships arrived in Soviet Russia in September 1921. In December, the U.S. Congress passed an appropriation to send $20 million worth of corn and wheat seed to starving Russia." Apr 4, 2011 Americans also let Russia know beforehand about the chatter of the coming attack. Yet Russians often portray Americans as having evil intentions. More paranoid thinking on Russians part.

USSR has impose an ideology to his citizens and other countries around,base on speculation and against human nature . While things went bad and have not progressed according with their ideology they became dictatorships to maintain their power and afraid of the consequences for their crimes. Putin is almost the same, but instead Russia was getting closer to the developed capitalist countries to learn something about efficiency , technology and their secrets of success. The ideology has shifted to nationalism promoted by their propagandist media and by the Russian orthodox church.

Western countries have a policy that if they receive intel pointing towards a potential terrorist attack, it is their duty to inform the country even if it's considered a hostile country, because they place value on civilian lives no matter where those civilians live. This wasn't a failure of the FSB/KGB. Not at all. It was a total success. It went exactly as Putin and the FSB planned. Putin was warned about this terror attack by the West 2 1/2 weeks before it happened. Emergency response took almost an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. THAT IS INTENTIONAL. There is little doubt Putin allowed this to happen. Why? Because sacrificing a few dozen Russians at home would allow him to do the following: - Distract from the murder of Navalny - Distract from the fake election - Distract from the social unrest that's brewing - Falsely accuse Ukraine and paint them as monsters - create anger and resentment in Russians towards Ukrainians, allowing him to continue his policy of genocide - Mobilize the population with less resistance - clamp down on the freedoms of Russian citizens - Eliminate anyone he considers an enemy of his regime in the future. This attack was nothing but positives for Putin. There's no way he didn't allow this to happen. What are a few hundred civilians versus the nearly half a million he's already sacrificed on the front lines?

Ukraine is targeting military targets and oil refineries. Russia is targeting apartment buildings, nurseries, hospitals and playgrounds. Mariupol is a prime example. How many children did they kill there? Odessa a three month old baby in their mothers arms and a three year old were bombed in their home last week. The Greek Prime Minister was bombed when he came to lay flowers. I do feel so sorry that this has happened in the Crocus Hall but does any Russian person even stop to think of what is happening in Ukraine and the suffering being inflicted by the Kremlin who is apparently doing it with their support.
@davids5126
@davids5126 3 месяца назад
While I think the Russian military doesn't care about civilians when they attack infrastructure or military targets, and they certainly have committed many war crimes and Russian officials should be held accountable for that, I don't think they target civilian targets like maternity hospitals or apartment buildings on purpose. If the Ukrainian government claims it, it doesn't mean it's true because both sides are making war propaganda. In Mariupol, Kharkiv or Odessa, a high percentage of the population is made up of ethnic Russians. According to the UN, about 10,000 civilians were killed in the more than two years of war in Ukraine, and almost the same number of Iraqi civilians were killed in the first two months of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. More than 30,000 civilians were killed in the five months of Israel's invasion of Gaza. In both the Iraq and Vietnam wars, most of the casualties were civilians, while in the Ukraine war, most of the casualties are front-line soldiers.

Your precis is very illuminating and also very alarming! We know here in Australia the media reports that US Intelligence that monitors ISIS as a priority did officially warn Russian Intelligence of ISIS-K preparing a terrorist atrocity in Russia but Putin publicly dismissed it as a US provocation to undermine Russians confidence in their security services. We know that days before Westerners in Moscow were officially warned to avoid public places and gatherings. In general we know Iran is attempting to de-stabilise the Middle East and create an ISIS-style Islamic caliphate controlled by Tehran and we know that the 5 Islamic "stans" are agitating to leave the Russian Federation, to likely align with Iran. But what I find really shocking is what you report about the police and security services lack of prompt response to counter the terrorist attack! A police station 50m away must have heard the sustained automatic gunfire and screams, the security services 2km away must have known about the US warning and been quickly alerted. So why no response for an hour, the terrorists already gone? I have a sick feeling that Putin allowed it to happen, what other explanation is there? Putin must know it was ISIS-K who admitted and proved it but he still sees it as an opportunity to accuse Ukraine of terrorism, to anger the Russian people into supporting his war to suppress Ukraine's independence and support the genocide of the Ukrainian People! There is no innocent explanation, Putin is either incompetent and uncaring or he is insanely evil and ruthlessly prepared to deliberately sacrifice hundreds of Russian civilians to garner support for his regime and rule. ISIS-K is angry with Russia so this is only the first of their planned terrorist mass atrocities.

With Russia's FSB and Security forces more occupied with their failures in Ukraine and arresting people at Funerals, the Moscow cell realized now was the time to strike. At the beginning a lot of people including myself thought it could be a false flag operation because Putin has done it in the past. And if he's wicked enough to organize false flag operations, he's wicked enough to tell the police not to hurry when an attack he can exploit occurs. Because the higher the casualties the easier it will be to manipulate people. Putin is making a double mistake: He is ignoring the ISIS threat which is very real and if they don't get the impact they wanted they'll try again. He's wrongly blaming Ukraine. Remember when Yevgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin started his march on Moscow, when people thought he was intending to commence a coup, reports came in that all the FSB and police suddenly made themselves very scarce and ran away. The prospect of committing themselves to fighting people with guns was obviously too much for them, and was probably not in their job description, as they saw it. Wind forward to this month, and yet again even the whiff of coming up against people with guns, not placards, and they go into hiding. I wonder if this cowardly display might tell the Russian people just who they have that is supposed to protect them, but prefers to leave them to be killed while saving themselves. It is so easy for them to bully and abuse the public, and perhaps that is what their job is really about and is what their role in the regime is meant to do. it is all very well for Putin to use this attack for propaganda, but at the same time ignores how vulnerable he is, with all the so called muscle he surrounds himself with to control unarmed protesters, he doesn't seem to consider that it could all collapse against an armed insurrection. His military may decide he is not worth helping, as they are also left to die as well as their loved ones at home.

I really wonder if Russia and russians will be able to talk about the eventual aftermath and cost of this war openly or is so grim subject that the families of the deceased are going to stay silent and let "the public" celebrate it as the leaders no doubt want? Setting aside the simple-minded attempts by Russian media to blame Ukraine - This is a lesson in not accepting America's hard-earned intelligence warnings. Twenty-three years ago a divided U.S. intelligence community missed many warnings about the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York and D.C. Having learned that lesson - the American intelligence community streamlined and coordinated their efforts. The result was that it effectively warned Ukraine of the impending Russian invasion in 2022, which was ignored by that country's leaders because they did not want to believe that information. It warned Russia of a terrorist attack this week, which was ignored because they did not trust U.S. intentions. Hey world! The U.S.A. knows what the Hell is going on around the world! Just because Isis claims to have the footage, does not mean it cannot be a false flag. The hamas attack on october 7th was supported by Putin, he often made them come to Russia and gave them weapons. Isis is involved in hamas. For being tolerated or even supported, Isis could be owing him a favor. It doesn't hurt Isis to claim responsibility, on the contrary and the suspects can be criminals being punished for failing at other ordered crimes or just playing the suspects and be given lives in private military armies. The footage can be given from FSB agents, that did this to Isis to spread it and some people are playing an act for Putin or some low ranking people within that extremist group are used as scapegoats and either forced to participate (while being blackmailed) or for real indoctrinated to commit it, but still with involvement of FSB, as it did several times before. By the way Konstantine... Ukraine has knocked yet another Russian oil refinery out of commission along with one of the country’s largest power plants in another long-range drone attack last night. Video from the Kuybyshevsky oil refinery in Samara, 560 miles from Ukraine, shows drones circling overhead and slamming down into the refinery, causing large fires to break out. The drones, which have a distinctive V-shaped tail fin are the same ones used to target the Ryazan oil refinery a fortnight ago, blowing up the distillation towers and putting the facility out of action long-term. More footage shows Ukrainian drones hitting the Novocherkassk power plant, located in the city of the same name just a short distance from the border. Again, flames could be seen lighting up the night sky as the plant - one of the largest in Russian - was repeatedly struck, though the extent of the damage was not immediately clear. Ukraine is in the midst of a campaign of long-range drone strikes against Russia, designed to rob the state of lucrative oil exports it uses to fuel its war machine and cause as much disruption to the lives of ordinary Russians as possible.

Did you see the video ISIS published? If not, I don't really recommend, but these could be the same guys. I'm also sure that these caught really believe by now they were there,

The fact that they're saying these guys were paid $500,000 rubles or 5,400 US only place $500,000 rubles is worth a lot of money is Russia 5400 US and most of the world is absolutely nothing why it's a good chunk of change to make in a month or two months it's really not that much money the fact that these guys said they were paid $5,400 to do this these guys were captured way too quickly way too easily they were able to capture them after the attack but not with a warning before the attack This is a complete setup man I'm glad you're talking about it I love your point of view your calm attitude the way you talk about things brother

yes yes, officially they were paid 5000usd to russian bank account (which both they cant access outside of russia pretty much and at the same time authorities inside russia would immediately freeze after investigation), and lost their bank cards and the weapons while fleeing to the direction of ukraine and get caught next to belorussian border, guy admitting to this while police made him eat his own ear during arrest - very credible police work...

Konstatine, it is shocking when you put all of the events in order. Of course, when I heard you describe how the police handle the situation, it reminded me of a quote from the movie Demolition Man, "We're Police Officers, we're not trained to handle this kind of violence! -- Rob Schneider" AND, it also reminded me of how some of the police officers reacted towards some of the school shooting that happened in the U.S.
