I’ve only refunded from a charity once. And the charity was from HumbleBundle and the refund was a random ban from outta nowhere on MW remaster. I was on voice with a mate and we both felt dirty I spent the money on something else just not Actishitin.

Okay real talk. How did the donator think Brian was gonna react? “Oh please I’ll do anything for money! Don’t leave.” As if he isn’t sitting on a small fortune. Also it’s no skin off Brian’s body if the person refunds the persons Make a wish donation. Just means the person is screwing a child out of their wish because softcell mgee can’t fathom being made fun of.
The dude likely doesn't realize he can't just refund a donation... especially after months, and especially from a licensed charity in which "donation" holds an actual legal value. I mean, hell, if he tries to refund the donations from this stream, Brian could easily produce screenshotts of the donation messages essentially making it clear that the dude DID intend to donate and is only refunding as a form of retaliation. Just him sending that first donation basically disqualified him from refunding ANY previous donations. It's irony at its finest.

And the complete irony is that him sending those donation messages can be used as evidence to deny EVERY refund claim from Brian's stream. PayPal only refunds mistakes or unauthorized payments.. well, it was obviously authorized and it definitely wasn't a mistake if he's using it as blackmail or retaliation.
"Refund the money I donated to a charity stream months ago because you're not giving me the attention I crave from you because I never got it from my parents." Brian did better than I would have. He would have gotten a simple and direct "Go fuck yourself" from me and that would have been the end of it.

And at the end, he even pointed out what he thought might have happened with the donation (the bank possibly blocking it because it was an incredibly large donation to an account the the donor likely hasn't donated to before).
The moral of the story is don't donate, if you don't really want to, tbh it's not Brian's fault, don't blame him, he's only a content creator, as it's out of his hands. 😂

He does have a point, the only money that he would get is from his merchandise. The money for charity goes to the sponsor for it, all he’s doing is helping out with it. At least he lets people know what the charity is for and like he said the money doesn’t go to him it goes to the charities. So everyone needs to take a chill pill, stop and think about the logically sense of it instead of jumping to conclusions.

cant exactly refund a donation to a license charity that came from legal channels, even the banks will question you on that specially if its already been a few weeks or months. also if your problem is that you cant use your card anymore since it locked up, call the damn bank its pretty gad damn easy to get it unlocked as long as you own the damn card.
If you’re donating to charity and donating to a streamer with other thousands of viewers just for the viewers attention and you’re willing to demand it back for not being praised as a king, you’re not doing life right

This is like a scenario where a messenger comes to you with a letter from someone you don't know of, or know but are enemies, and then you get angry over the messenger because the enemy wants to do something bad to you, in the end with you literally ending the messenger right then and there with no way of fixing the problem you got dragged into because of said enemy. The messenger had nothing to do with it, he just delivered you the letter, he's neutral, and you decided "i'm going to end this messenger for delivering me a letter from an enemy that he has nothing to do with it". This is the kind of behaviour the dude just had.
Walmart associate we have been running stuff a cruiser for xmas donations this year and what Brian is saying at the end of the clip is probably what did happen. We had a 3.5k donation and the bank had suspended her card because they thought her card was stolen.
