Oh my God this is literally a dream come true for me. I spent years searching for this song only to find out that there was never a full version of this song. I've never been happier to find out that info was wrong. I can't believe this is happening. I'm literally shaking right now. Best day ever!

Hi all, I'm the person that talked to Stan and I'm the one that shared with you all about my interaction with him over at MySpace back in 2007-2008 regarding the song. He first started out by saying that he and Fred Mollin hired a singer named Terry Crawford to sing the song while he and Fred Mollin played the guitar. He continued and told me that this song was not intended for a release and the last thing I remembered that he said was that he agreed with me about the song sounding fantastic specially after so many years because he didn't listen to it since it was put in the movie. Who knew that many years later we will get the release. I have been trying to find my old posts but unfortunately youtube removed them. I wrote the same story to all jj blues uploads on RU-vid. I went by a different nickname back then, Leonel or Novocrine can't really remember 😂 it's been along time ago. I also tried to recover the mail adress I used back in 2007-2008 so I can log into MySpace to take a printscreen of me and Stan's conversation but unfortunately that was impossible to do since I changed mail adress several times since 2007-2008. Anyway, this just shows that with the fans request and the power of us fans, we can sometimes get music that never been released before. Better late than never.

If I grew up in the 80's I totally be a metal head!

So for YEARS and YEARS we've been told this song only existed in the 30 second clip that was in the film. Sounds like the existing clip was looped and edited together to make a full song as we can finally hear the full chorus that gets cut off in the film.

Finally!! Been looking for this song for years. The opening guitar chords and verse scream 80s hard rock in the most awesome way. The chorus was a bit of a surprise but still great. I do recall years ago I contacted one of the guys via email, think it was Stan and anyhow I told him the song was great and that he should finish it. His reply was if you want to pay to complete it. Well I am glad a finished version exists.

Ain't gonna lie...I like this song better than Darkest Side Of The Night. This song should've been used on the closing credits especially since..if you think bout it...the Friday the 13th storyline is a "broken dream" so to speak..bc its bout a mom who loses her son, then her sanity..and he returns to get back at everyone foolish enough to return.
