👍One China Confucion : 1. ROC founder was Sun Yat Sen. ROC ruled china until rebels kicked ROC out of mainland and Chiang escaped to occupy taiwan. To ROC, Mainland BELONGS to Taiwan ROC. 2. To China, TW belongs to PRC. But PRC not for 1 day ever occupied taiwan. One China : Same same, but different. English is not accurate like science. Its merely an art form😅 thats why you can flip the prata. In a nutshell, One China is Two Kinds of China. Not ONE. One is actually Two. Art is all about the Possibilities . Quantum mechanics may apply. Art allows for oral masturbation. Just to add for fun : North Korea uses the word Korea in its name. South Korea also has Korea in its name. Are they the same ? No. NKorea is clearly not SKorea. Likewise, TW is not china and vice versa. A name is nothing but a name. PRC China is not Republic of China. Copyrights to Dave BakChoy

Musk is 100% correct. The United States must never allow another nation to have the only legal rights to essential resources like rare earth minerals necessary for essential batteries. We knew there was a growing problem yet failed to do much about it. We have other areas where government is seriously failing in areas such as: 1) proper oversight of certain agencies tasked with U.S. security, 2) monopolistic business practices, 3) uncountered propaganda, 4) little oversight of government spending, 5) failure of Congress to replace borrowed funds from our Social Security Program, 6) failure of our government to apply income taxes evenly for the rich and poor unfairly burdening the middleclass, 7) proper accounting of campaign donations especially from PACs, 8) and so on, and so on......

After Japan’s defeat in 1945, Taiwan was already under the trusteeship of the United States. Only after the Chinese Civil War and the defeat of the Chinese Kuomintang to the Chinese Communist Party supported by the Soviet Socialist Republic did the Chinese Kuomintang enter Taiwan with the consent of the US government. After that, Taiwan was handed over to the Chinese Kuomintang. Taiwan, and now Taiwan is a democratic, free and open country. On the other hand, the Soviet Communist Party of China, which occupied China, has been harming the Chinese people since its founding. If President Kennedy of the United States had not helped China join the International Trade Organization, they would not have been able to do so. Economic development, but the bad thing is that the Chinese Communist Party has been teaching their people to hate Americans and call the United States an imperialist country. What's more serious is that they send a large number of spy students and technical personnel to the United States to steal a large amount of confidential technology and commercial confidential information, and On the surface, the Chinese Communist Party intends to invade Taiwan. In fact, the real purpose of the Chinese Communist Party is to attack the mainland of the United States. This can be seen from the weapon system recently developed by China. Because only by defeating the United States, the Chinese Communist Party can rule Asia, so the Chinese Communist Party is very important. Conspirators with strategies, from overseas students to commercial mergers and acquisitions to buying high-tech personnel to steal the latest technology including weapon technology, so Americans really need to see clearly the conspiracy and harmfulness of the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist Party has underground organizations all over the United States to plan their plans Draw a series of racial conflicts and sell drugs to the United States, and the long-term planned division poisons the American people. It is a pity that there are still many American business magnates who have not seen the tricks of the Chinese Communist Party. They just want to make money from the Chinese Communist Party. It is a matter of concern to the United States!

An advisory role? That's too daunting. Musk outsourced manufacturing to China to capitalize on cheap labor, and as a result, he stated that democratic Taiwan should be part of China. Taiwan, with its cutting-edge semiconductor technology, is far ahead of China in this field. His concern isn't with people; it's with his profits. Beyond his exceptional intelligence, there's little to admire. Being smart, wealthy, and successful doesn't inherently command respect. Taiwan, officially the Republic of China (ROC), was established in 1912 after the fall of the Qing Dynasty. Mainland China, known as the People's Republic of China (PROC), was founded in 1949 following the Chinese Civil War. Which of these two Chinas came first? How can the PROC claim ownership of the ROC when it was established later? For him to suggest sacrificing the democracy of over 20 million people in Taiwan for profits is truly disgusting.

I think the people from the West need to re-think their perspectives on a lot of global matters; especially for those countries who don't want to be USA puppets. Taiwan was part of China for a long time. People in Taiwan speak Chinese, cook Chinese food, and enjoy Chinese festivals, and their origin is mainland China. The Westernization of Taiwan started when the USA-supported Chinese gov lost its credit in China and ran away. The USA supported this party to escape to Taiwan to have a port/military base in Asia. Long story short: if US news is interested somewhere, there must be US interest. Most often time, the US interest there is more about the US rather than the people over there. Because the US has been supporting Cai Yingwen, the leader in Taiwan. Her policy is US made, and it's 100% against the mainland. It hurt Taiwan's economy and well-being. Most Taiwan people do not want to have a war with China, and China has never wanted to put military pressure on Taiwan until recent years: the US kept sending arms and political visits to Taiwan. The US kept growing its party in Taiwan. Right now, the US-supported party is Taiwan is getting thrown by its people. In contrast, China brought facilities and utilities to Africa when the US never cared about their inquiry for help. China brought peace to Mideast, but the US is mad that they lost arms deals. The US gov likes to grow workers, US used to use slaves. So they put this kind of impression on the Chinese. Yes, China is not perfect and it's still in the developing phase. But what US media is telling US people will put the US even more behind in its development. You can't develop until you see the truth of the environments on the global stage.

Technically Taiwan KMT is the official Chinese government before the commies took over so they went into exile. To further reason why PRC belongs to ROC is because the commies destroyed a lot of the Chinese history to begin with during the Cultural Revolution. In 1936, when the Republic of China (ROC) was China’s government and Taiwan (Formosa) was a Japanese colony, Chairman Mao Zedong offered support to Korea and Formosa if their peoples wished to gain independence from Japan. Mao’s internationalist position suggested that 1) both Korea and Formosa have a right to independence, and 2) this is based on the right to self-determination. Mao did not claim that Taiwan has been an integral part of China for centuries, as insisted by the Chinese government today. Interview with Mao in 1936 EDGAR SNOW: Is it the immediate task of the Chinese people to regain all the territories lost to Japan, or only to drive Japan from North China, and all Chinese territory above the Great Wall? MAO: It is the immediate task of China to regain all our lost territories, not merely to defend our sovereignty below the Great Wall. This means that Manchuria must be regained. We do not, however, include Korea, formerly a Chinese colony, but when we have re-established the independence of the lost territories of China, and if the Koreans wish to break away from the chains of Japanese imperialism, we will extend them our enthusiastic help in their struggle for independence. The same thing applies to Formosa. Source: Marxists Internet Archive

In fact there are no internationally recognized treaties, policies or even UN resolutions that state that Taiwan is part of China. The CCP or PRC have no legal sovereignty: And to prove this: 1: October 1, 1949, at 3:00 pm in Tienanmen Square the formation of the Central People's Government under the leadership of the CPC, the government of the new state, was officially proclaimed. Mao declared victory to the people stating “The poor peasants have conquered the country; the poor peasants should now sit on the country.” “It is because we have defeated the reactionary Kuomintang government backed by U.S. imperialism that this great unity of the whole people has been achieved. In a little more than three years the heroic Chinese People's Liberation Army, “ The CCP won the civil war and the PRC was formed and the ROC escaped to the still official Japanese island of Formosa in 1949 The war is over. 2: The Cairo Declaration 1943 discussed the possibility of handing the island of Taiwan to the ROC. This discussion required a treaty to become official and was never implemented. FACT 3: The Treaty of San Francisco: When Japan relinquished its sovereignty of Taiwan with The Treaty of San Francisco after the ROC invaded the Japanese island, China was not even invited. The treaty was signed by 49 nations but both the ROC and CCP were NOT present. FACT 4: : The Taipei Peace Treaty: Due to objections by The Soviet Union The Taipei Peace Treaty 1952 was created. FACT Article 10 of the Taipei Peace Treaty stipulates that “nationals of the Republic of China shall be deemed to include all the inhabitants and former inhabitants of Taiwan (Formosa) and Penghu (the Pescadores).” Therefore the Taipei Peace Treaty transferred Japans sovereignty of Taiwan to ALL the inhabitants living of the island NOT to mainland China. FACT The inhabitants in 1952 were the ROC escapees, Taiwanese Aborigines, Japanese descendants, Dutch descendants, Portuguese descendants, previous Chinese descendants. THE ISLAND WAS NOT HANDED TO MAINLAND CHINA. 5: Taiwan Relations Act 1979 (release at the same time as One China Policy signed by the US and Taiwan): The TWA factually proves that the US is not meddling in Taiwan's affair it is merely fulfilling its obligations as per the agreement. To quote from TWA: "Declares it to be the policy of the United States to preserve and promote extensive, close, and friendly commercial, cultural, and other relations between the people of the United States and the people on Taiwan, ".... "Authorizes the President or any department and agency to conduct and carry out programs, transactions, and other relations with respect to the people on Taiwan." Therefore the Pelosi visit or any official governmental visit is legitimate and of no concern to the CCP. TWA also declares: "that the United States shall provide Taiwan with arms of a defensive character and shall maintain the capacity of the United States to resist any resort to force or other forms of coercion that would jeopardize the security, or social or economic system, of the people of Taiwan." Therefore again the US is NOT meddling into Taiwan/China affairs it is again fulfilling its obligatory agreement irrespective of the CCP's propagandist responses. 6: “UN Resolution No. 2758 ruled in 1971, that the PRC had obtained the representation rights and all legal rights originally owned by the ROC in the UN”. It is true that UN recognition was handed to the CCP as they were the ruling government of China not the ROC . The officially written UN resolution does not state that Taiwan is part of China. 7: Taiwan's Constitution stating that Taiwan is also worthless: Firstly it was created in 1946 when Formosa still legally belonged to Japan. Secondly, constitution do not legally determine sovereignty. A perfect example of this are Putin's recent changes to Russia's constitution claiming half of Ukraine are worthless. Taiwan’s constitution has never been changed in order to maintain the status quo to appease the CCP and US to minimise the risk of a war. Therefore as clearly demonstrated above, Taiwan is not part of China. The only legal way that the CCP can unify with Taiwan is via an official written treaty.

It's a different situation than Russia and Ukraine, it's almost unanimous that the people of Ukraine doesn't want to join Russia. Yes, Elon Musk does NOT live in the bizarre fantasy land of the current US administration and mainstream media. He COULD have gone ever further and pointed out that the foreign affairs policy of nearly EVERY nation in the world, including every major western nation, features something called the "One China Policy", which specifies that Taiwan is a part of one China. There are 13 minor countries that recognize and have diplomatic relations with Taiwan and not China: Belize, eSwatini, Guatemala, Haiti, the Holy See, the Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Tuvalu. Yes, the US and European nations also mention that the Taiwan issue should be resolved peacefully, but anyone with open eyes can clearly see that the US wants to use Taiwan as a disposable containment tool to control the rise of China. Of course despite this policy, the US and their captive European and western, even Asian allies are sending legislators to visit Taiwan and talk about how Taiwan is a country, has the right to make its own decisions, etc. This doesn't change the fact that NONE of these nations recognize Taiwan as a member of the UN, none have embassies in Taiwan, etc. Maybe at some time in the future, the US will slip another new rule into its "Rules Based International Order", a fake construct not related to international law, not codified or written down, something akin to Facebook Community Guidelines, as in "you've violated our community guidelines". At that point, the US will discover that China is deadly serious about the Taiwan issue. As Elon said, you can just read the lines; there's no need to read between the lines. To be completely honest, I should disclose that I live in Taiwan and have been here for over 30 years. My priority is the safety of Taiwan. My country, America, will throw Taiwan under the bus in a minute, just as they have done with Ukraine.

Cheap-cost policy is buried by one man’s greed #if he chooses to be open and honest about assigning tasks according to person’s potential instead of petting policy to himself, people would not be starved #no one could fix such immense damage, it’s become historic debt and it’s inappropriate to judging whether Europe dies first or 1/2 U.S.A. dies before 2030# you can’t transfer more $2 dollars to Asia counting them to give you back $200in the hope of gaining back the ‘lost capital’ which helps to bring dead cities back #what’s broken has been completely broken

Could you explain to me how Taipei can be a province of China (Peoples Republic) if it has a unique passport and military?

@@YehHuo Taipei is not of province of China but in fact the capital city of the China also named as the Republic of China. People of Taiwan are all holding a Republic of China passport. Republic of China of course is China. This is just too obvious 😊

@@YehHuo taiwan is not province of PRC right now but its a province of ROC( republic of china), ROC and PRC are all china, but if taiwan says it will indepedant and get rid of ROC, then PRC has right to intervene

@@YehHuo Idiot, the official website of the international ISO code clearly shows that the Taiwan passport is subordinate to the Chinese passport, and its status is a province of China. In addition, Macau and Hong Kong also have their own passports, and they are all part of China.

Well, the the next “president” of Taiwan might be Terry Guo, Foxconn/HonHai . If that’s the case then there might be years of status quo and peace in the Taiwan Straights.
