If I start having issues I’m taking them to court or doing a lemon buy back deal because these cars too expensive to be having issues … maybe they should recall all these cars and start over 🙄because even the self driving is very flawed
You can’t blame the Mobile tech for not knowing what it was! The techs don’t take a job at tesla and all of a sudden overnight they know everything about every model etc.....come on man!!
It definitely isn’t aligned properly. Just from the video I seen that when it’s almost closed it hits a bit off position towards the rear of the falcon wing.mNot sure if that is the issue. Glad you were able to temporarily “fix” you wing.
Mobile service should have created an appointment with the service center if they were unable to fix it. Tesla really needs to improve their customer service.
Tesla model X is rubbish. I am having FWD door issue since the very 1st month I bought brand new Tesla model-x 2023. They tried to fix it 4 times in last 4 months and still issue persists. They now say they don't cover intermittent issues under warranty and basically I am left with no other option that to goto court which I don't have time for. I wish the company goes down the hell to burn my hard earned money.
@@KobraToldYa I think that’s pretty normal for all X’s. lol. I have the closing issue very occasionally on 1 door so I will try this. I will not come here and blame you if it gets worse 😂
It's actually a programming problem. The passenger door closes differently than the driver's side. It is supposed to go fully down and then in to latch. You can see the difference between the two doors. My theory is this happened during the Covid chip shortage. Tesla couldn't get the same controller chips, so they used what they could get and rewrote the logic, but did a poor job of it. More proof is how poorly the front doors close, or rather dont close. The pre-refresh X would open a slightly open door and then slam it shut to make sure it closes and latches. The refreshed door won't do this and it's easy to walk away leaving a door slightly open. Pre-refresh doors worked great, refreshed doors a crap. Sad thing is it would be an easy fix, but Tesla will never spend the time to do it.
@@KobraToldYa wow.. I am continuing to be amazed from the problemm on the X. I would expect that for the price point and on it and the years already in development to see improvements..
120k for a car that is not even aligned properly? What a joke of a company Tesla is. I will never purchase one of these overpriced software shit boxes.
