I bought into Tesla with full knowledge of Elon's pay package, and now the State of Delaware is trying to rip me off. I've never been to Delaware. I don't know why they hate me so much.
I bought Tesla's without knowing about it, but once I learned of the reasons for it, I wholeheartedly support the previous pay package and the voted yes on the re-vote.

Judge need to be pragmatic after all this. Award plaintiffs lawyers equivalent of 9 shares of TSLA owned of plaintiff they fought for. Finally agree with latest collective agreement of shareholders by reversing her decision, and she can say to all of us voting for shareholders to “get out of here” and we will all gladly oblige and and TSLA stays in Texas.

If this fraudulent case is not overturned, it will become the biggest threat to capitalism in the US that we have experienced. A random judge will legally have the ability to override the will of a private company’s legitimate interests without recourse. What will stop some random judge from forcing a business that even has only one sole owner from deciding that their compensation is unjust, or that they aren’t paying their employees enough, etc. The fact that it all stems from the current political party in charge using the court as a political weapon is what makes this fraudulent case even more frightening..
She has given herself, in defiance of the law (A Class action case with One minor plaintiff? Affecting tens of billions?) the right to Steal tens of Billions of dollars with no upper limit. She belongs in jail. Given the amount, she belongs in jail for life.

I think there is a content opportunity from playing out the judges’ opinion / judgement - particularly around the the description of the various Tesla officers actions, and Directors’, in the run up to the original pay deal. I don’t think it will be about agreeing or disagreement with the opinion either - I just think your viewers will enjoy an episode that illustrates what was the judges view of who did do what (or didn’t do what). Might also generate a useful set of nuanced and new opinions on the accuracy of the judges depiction of things given how engaged Tesla shareholders are. (Also expect some less constructive stuff you’d have to wade through!).
My first foray into TSLA was in summer of 2016. On a whim (a whim cos buying calls/puts usually doesn’t work out - usually I sell puts to potentially acquire shares ) I bought a bunch of really cheap calls before Q2 earnings. Those 10x’d. I sold some to pay for the contracts that were assigned that following Friday. I continue to sell puts or put spreads, sometimes call spreads as well and once those options have expired or been managed, I take the proceeds and buy more TSLA. Basically the markets pay for me to buy more shares.

I can see this ending up in the Supreme Court before there’s any chance of getting this resolved. In the meantime don’t be surprised if we end up in the low 100’s again. Possibly a buying opportunity though this guy will panic and sell what he bought in the 200’s 🤣🤣🤣
That's insane, the judge left tesla a chance to bring on new facts in their opening brief and they only brought legal arguments that were already given and defeated by plaintiff, there will still be facts from plaintiff to enter in record after monday, but once the fee hearings is over, she'll be able to issue orders to rescind the package, to put the fees on bound until post appeal and probable other gouvernence mesures, Tesla won't be able to appeal until the final order. Also about the author of this video saying that the judge will lose her carreer from this, that is extremely delusional, judges don't lose their carreer for upholding the law, no matter how much some people don't like the decision.

As the judge has said she doesn’t care what shareholders think and ignoring shareholders letters to the court what makes anyone think she’s going to change her mind now. I can see this ending up going to the highest court in the land.
No it won't go there, the Delaware supreme court is effectively the last recourse as there is nothing in the constitution which disallows the application on a standard such as the entire fairness.
On the 8th of July don’t be surprised when the judge gives the middle finger to the shareholders again and the subsequent reaction of the stock market on the 9th
