I've been lucky enough to see the Aurora in and around Tromsø - I don't think anything is more awe inspiring than lying in the snow watching the sky above you churn and change... such a spectacle. And really well done capturing it Bjørn cause that isn't easy!

Bin there, done that! (From Germany to Tromsø in 2019 in our M3 - Worked just fine to recharge overnight on the 230V outlet of the rented cabins - the rest was filled up at the SC's)

Bjørn is actually really good in the discipline; to follow a plane in the air. In fact, it is not always that easy. In general, I think it's a bit disappointing that you ALWAYS have to watch aurora borealis recordings in timelaps. I hope one day I will get to see it without timelaps, but it seems that I then have to go to Norway myself and see it with my own eyes, as no one has ever filmed it in real time. But beyond that - very beautiful footage.

11:50 That's the bridge to Kvaløya, the 5th largest island in mainland Norway. Tromsøya is basically just a rock that sticks up in the strait between Kvaløya and the continent. ;)

Traveled to Tromssa from Finland during the summer with our Tesla, nice to see the same places again on video :) We had a great time in Polaria and there's a pretty cheap 22kW charging station outside.

@0:55 Yes there is Bjørn. Companies and public chargers need to meet a standard or they can get in trouble if there is a short circuit or some kind of overload. Like here in our apartment garage we can't just put up a regular schuko and use the small charger as it is not to standards and insurance company would not accept it.

Any socket that is "approved" for a hair dryer, will take the same current as my granny lead. However, I do sympathise that sometimes a large number of camping hook-ups are linked back to one circuit, on the assumption that they aren't intended for continuous high loads. So one EV might be OK, but there's no way to prevent a second EV using the same circuit, or other high loads. Meh, it's an edge case

Hi Björn, As always, nice to watch your roadtrips. Amazing how you manage to drive so many Horus and how energy left to edit videos and entertain us. Some general questions after seen may of your videos: I still don’t get the story of how to warm up the battery right in time to get good charging speed, what exactly do you mean with the afterburners? Maybe one time you can make a video that exactly explains that and what is the most efficient way to optimize charging speed. Another thing: when you explain something on the phone with the Tesla data, it is maybe an idea to edit afterwards the pointer in it to help see the right figures. Anyway, keep up the good work and as always: talk to you later👍

I understand that the cabin does not have a receptacle for EV charging but I'm surprised that Bjorn was not able to charge along with the RVs

I hope Bjorn that you can borrow one of the new model 3 with possibly heat pump / new battery from China to test / compare.

I was actually hated on by other german Tesla people on forums because i was angry on Tesla that they make such stupid tail lights in the first place, so that the european versions only get one single backup light and one fog rear light. I mean they knew that they would sell it in the whole world. And you showed EXACTLY what the problem is. Also it looks really cheap and stupid. Same on the Model S.
