Do the Research But the MB Sprinter can Tow up to 7000Lbs If it is not loaded down, Check GVWR on both balance it out, Don't carry full tanks, and if your not carrying a lot of people you'll be fine, Load them both and take to truck scales to confirm the numbers, I enjoy your channel and don't let the Troll Hatters bother you! Smed, my 2015 F150 Platinum (I love saying that!) has massaging seats. A good perk, but I like the cooled and heated seats better, use that a lot. Don't need two ac in 25'. That's what we have now, will make you cold.

In the past we have had in a tow vehicle, a GMC Yukon 2500 and a GMC 3500, single tire, long bed, crew cab. The GMC 3500 was by far the better choice because there will be times that you will not want to store camping items inside of your vehicle. Such as, one or two Honda suitcase generators that is gas powered and smelling up the inside the vehicle while you are towing. Before making a decision on a towable unit, you might consider renting an airstream towable w/truck. It is a lot more work with the setup and then you got your total length to consider. ? - you are less than a year with the Interstate, what makes you consider a towable?

I vote to sell the house and interstate. Buy the 25 ft airstream and escalade. You're drive time and bills will go down, then max 401k and savings!!!
