The Uberturbine on my black model 3, changed the entire look. I have to say performance wise, am losing 3 miles off my regular drive to work. But I love the look and that’s all I care about right now.

Yeah they look clean and almost no hassle. And I agree with the not thinking about range part, once you get used to plugging the car up every few days, you never think about range it's literally the best part of the car.

It's too bad they didn't have the same design of wheels for the model Y 19" wheels. Cost also is a bit steep for a hubcap covers. May $200 is more ideal. You can't paint your whole 4-wheels for $300 now.

They look great! Unfortunately, they are not built for the 2 sides of the car; the pattern is not symmetrical for left and right, but for one side only. So, if the blade pattern arches towards the back of the car on the left side, on the right side it would arch towards the front of the car... They should have thought about this issue/flaw... 😐

You need to use a tool for the Rimetrix. You must make sure to keep it with you. In an emergency tire change. These just pop off. Easier to steal that way but I would imagine not many would know that these are removable.

There's a few aftermarket Uberturbine wheel knockoffs. One is made by Drag (model #83). Discount Tire sells them online for about $200. The only thing is the wheel is 8.5" wide instead of 9.5" like the Tesla Gemini wheels.

Months later, 2 popped off while driving through a deep rain puddle! ...huh? Avoid deep rain puddles maybe? Ha! I live in South Florida... deep rain puddles are part of life here. So I re-watched your video. Question: have you had an experience with the those "Uber turbines" falling off ??

I have a y performance but the tires cost a lot! I replaced 2 back tires at 22,000 miles which cost me 1040 dollars for 2 tires! Ouch! I would love to put on Gemini wheels and use this design to emulate the originals.

Buyers beware, I really liked the ones you have from Aroham… saw the same at eBay that looks exactly the same. Well it was just on advertised. Cause they dont look as good as yours. If anyone is not too detailed somehow they look identical. Then I realized onced I received mine is that they used a picture of another seller w the Aroham Wheel Covers installed. Good thing I was able to get my refund upon return. Thats false advertising. Thank you for the video Bro.

I'm getting my first model 3 in a couple of weeks. 1.Did you buy 19" for your model 3 or do they just come larger than the original? 2. do both the 18" and 19" cover the entire rim and would that be effective against curb rash? 3. Thinking about the chromish look to balance my all black 3 but couldn't find that option on their site. Any recommendations?

When and if removing and wheel cover constantly, it’ll leave light scratches behind over time. Unavoidable unless you literally remove them very VERY rarely. This applies to the OEM’s and any cover because of the metal braces they use to grip the rims.

@@sosaix3545 Yes. To be fair, any wheels where spokes are directional you need to mirror left and right wheels so that they rotate the same. And it's not a technical problem, just visual.
