Test prototype locomotive in Czechoslovakia  

Historical window: The E 465.001 locomotive was produced in 1965 as one of two prototypes in Czechoslovakia. Built by František Křižík, who was often referred to as the "Czech Edison" , it was used primarily for testing, particularly on the Velim test circuit, and not for regular service. This locomotive was crucial for the development and testing of electric traction in the country.
