I have a 2016 and it is a blast to drive. As long as you understand your are not driving an exotic sports car. I have driven the Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Gallardo, and the Nissan GTR. For the cost, this is the most satisfying vehicle I have owned.
This thing has the same engine as the first generation ariel atom before they moved to Honda. Picture this with the supercharged or turbocharged GM engine!!!!! :-)
I thought you would watch their shows, you would pick up that they are endorsed by Polaris. Why don't you enjoy a review of a vehicle that does not get exposure too often. I enjoyed it quite a bit, I may add this to my collection because of this review. That is a fact. After my first test drive of a rzr 1000 I went home watched a review from these guys, smiled, and waited for the morning to go to my dealer again to buy my new toy
Hi AJ, I'm a " Sub " 2 ur chnl and I plan on getting a " Shot " ( My nickname 4 the slingshot ) this year 2017, but I was listening to your video again and I have a ? on a statement you made. In your vid you said that you guys found some " Un-nerving Characteristics " @ higher speeds and I was wondering if you'd be more " Specific " on what that meant ( not that it'll deter me from getting a shot ) but I'd like to get a clearer definition of what was meant by " Un-nerving Characteristics " just 4 my knowledge, anyway hope to see more vids on the " Shot " love the work & vids you guys make peace 2 guys & ur families stay frosty " Mamba " out. Oh yeah " Happy Holidays " to you guys & all of your families ".
49erMamba it takes just a little to get use to. It kind of steer's like a big go kart. The first time on the highway I was a little careful because it seemed like the steering was so responsive and I was afraid of over correcting. Now I can cruise at 90-95 and literally hold the wheel with 2 fingers. I've had it up to 130 and it was still stable. The only thing for me is I wish it had the power and acceleration of the T-Rex. I've had really fast bikes my whole life and it's hard to give up that rush. With that said I haven't owned anything that has given me a more enjoyable all around experience. It handles like a sports car, it accelerates right with a lot of them, it gives you all of the openness of a motorcycle with that little extra feeling of being more safe and stabil. The radio sounds good, it has great storage for what it is and it's pretty good on gas. If you've ever had sports cars then you will love and appreciate it, but if you're a luxury person you may not like it.
