I've used the Novablast 3 for every speed and effort and they perform well. They also have held up well. I do wish the geometry was more rocker and less boat though. :)
Real dope test. One thing that would hit it out the park is having a bigger person too. I'd say having a tester at the levels of bigger beginners would broaden the audience tenfold. I'd help but I'm all the way in South Africa LOL 😞 Love your content guys!
Great video and the different workouts with each shoe was informative for many. I'm a hoka guy after years of being an asics runner. I love both the Clifton and will try the Novablast 3. Thank you
I have bought a few running shoes this year mainly Asics, still waiting for the Hoka Mach X. I have to say for me this year Asics is the brand of 2023 because of all there updates on there shoes, but Hoka mite have the shoe of 2023 ;)
The socks worn by myself during the long run were the Drymax Run Lite-Mesh Crew Socks. We are currently out of that exact colorway but have a similiar color here: www.runningwarehouse.com/Drymax_Run_Lite-Mesh_Crew_Socks/descpage-DRYLMS.html?from=youtube -Connor
The sink in feel of the Rebel v3 works surprisingly well for me at recovery pace and is one of my favorite uppers. I don’t own the Endorphin Speed 3 but I have two pair of the Speed 2 and it is a shoe that I feel comfortable doing everything except the recovery because it is too easy to want to pick up the pace in it. Another great fitting upper and the only complaint is a small amount of heel instability at slower speeds.
The Endorphin Speed 3 definitely feels a little more "training" oriented over v1 and v2 but I agree, it's just hard not to go fast in the shoe. It could work for some easy days but its just not the best option because of the speedy feel. -Connor
