my nursing instructors are all about the essential oils for test taking. They actually set up a diffuser with peppermint oil and then have all these other options that you can use on the day of an exam. pretty cool. I started studying with peppermint oil and then with the peppermint diffuser going, I made a 92 on my last exam which I was super pumped about.
