Testimonies of speaking in tongues 

I remember when I was unsaved I tried to read the Bible but found it hard to understand. After I recieved the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, when I arrived home I decided to read a little from the Word before bed. I opened it and started reading and I was amazed. Suddenly it had taken on much more depth and I became aware of the Holy Spirit guiding me and teaching me the meaning of what I was reading. It wasn't until later that I read the scripture, " But the anointing that you recieves of Him abideth in you teaches you all things and you need not any man to teach you ; but as the same anointing teaches you of all things and is truth, and is of no lie, and even as it has taught you abide in him" ( 1John 2:27)

This is powerful. I truly never knew any of this about speaking in tongues. I did it for the first time 4 days ago and every day since. I did a 3 day water fast and it happened. I’ve been in salvation for 4 years but new to tongues.

I've been saved for over 9 months, I have had a lot of supernatural encounters with the Holy Spirit but I have never spoken in tongues despite praying for it. I believe it will happen in God's good timing.

That part about healing and receiving a word of knowledge to help others 🔥

Speaking 🔊 in tongue 👅 is great revelation from your mind, to your sprit, it makes you strong, and nothing bothered you, because we have the mind of christ, we are speaking mysterious, about our life, and praying for others, in Jesus name 🙏 amen.

One day I received a notice my electricity was going to be disconnect by the end of the day unless I paid a certain amount..I was a single mother and only had a quarter of the amount.So I made my way to the office and joined a long queue,as I was waiting in the queue I cud see people begging for a reprieve or a delay as most did not have the requested amounts and they were refused.I ran a business from home and it would have ruined me if the electricity got disconnected,plus I had 4 school going minor children...so I started praying in tongues,under my breath and in my mind,watching people begging for a postponement but at all the counters,they said No!!! It's against the municipality policy,so it came my turn,I walked up to the window,ready with my speech and I gave them the red notice and before I could say,I can't pay the amount...the lady stamped my letter,took her disconnection list,took a khoki and deleted my name,then she asked how much,do you have and when I told her she ok,go pay it at the cashier and bring back your receipt and please by the balance in 30 days...I said Thank You Jesus with tears in my eyes and she smiled..,not one person name was deleted off the list,I learnt later on...God is so good.and I have so many testimonies after praying in tongues...It's so powerful..I believe I pray the perfect will of God becos my language English can only take me so far then I run out of words unless I pray the scripture that too is a powerful way to build your prayer life.
