Bought one this week after careful deliberation; it's more than worth it. Did all of the things I wanted to do: rides in and behind the white water and catches up to the open face, nose rides so easy it's like cheating, sensations of super fast glide, trims super fast in the tiny surf, can steer from the middle or even from the nose to float sections, goes vertical super quick, feels like gliding and sliding even when riding white water lines. Paddles with glide. Never pearled the nose at all nor on any chop from onshores. No B.S. about this one. It brought stoke and motivation back into my life. Was hooting and giggling first session in super weak and small Cocoa Beach onshore waves.
@@IonEizaguirre It did help. In your video; The speed on the wave standing on the nose, and the way the water shed off of the rail, and how it rode in the white water and pocket. I was looking for that. Thank you Ion Eizaguirre! It's the fastest board I've ever had for longboard waves. I had so much fun my last session.
Just got mine, it goes so fast when you are on the noes it made me giggle out loud cause i didnt know what to do with all the speed at the end of the wave😂
Hi, am looking for a 9' board I can knee paddle. Have had hip replacement and don't want to go bigger than 9' and wondering if you thought you could knee paddle that board? I weigh about 167lbs, and thought of getting a 24 1/2 x 3 1/2 to make sure I can knee paddle it, but would like to get a thinner board in both width and thickness, but can't "try" one to see, as "try" means buy. Thank you!
@@IonEizaguirre Hi Ion! Thanks so much for your response. I am actually testing one at Stewart Surfboards in San Clemente next week, so this was timely. A thought, can you tell me the size board you have and your approx weight? I know they are all 9' but the width and thickness you got that let you knee paddle for your weight. Thank you!
