$4k is fair for your return on investment. I'm a bobcat guy all the way. Just a heads up the bobcat brand stump grinder is bullet proof. It's more money but I've ground thousands of stumps of all sizes and the attachment does all the moving. Nice T66 by the way.
I just got one for my kubota svl 65-2 and glad I got the hogh flow. I am running a little over 27 gal a minute. Lost one tooth the came loose so I ordered 4 extra. It doe well but I have been doing a lot of oak stumps that are hard wood which is why i think the tooth loosened and came off. I have now tightened all the teeth real good. I would recommend tightening teeth every time prior to use.
Nice! Yeah, I wish I had a High Flow machine, but the standard flow has been working pretty well so far. I find I have the same issue with the teeth coming loose frequently. I generally tighten them up before every use or after a handful of big stumps.
Yeah, been working great. Time it takes can vary depending on wood type and state if decay. Id say usually around ~30 mins for a 20". Ive probably done over 100 stumps this season on it.
There is a high flow model of the T66, but I did not ask about it. They had this model already built and enroute to the dealer so I took it priced as is.
Great buy Brian! Probably plenty of work grinding stumps around your area. Now you have all the more excuse to build that machine shed to store your growing array of implements.😊
