In this exciting new video, Zero Tolerance showcases their latest addition to their arsenal of high-performance machinery - a brand new Sinker EDM machine.
The video begins with a brief introduction of the new machine, highlighting the features that set it apart from the rest. With Zero Tolerance's skilled team at the helm, the machine is put to the test by attempting to burn nine cavities using only three electrodes - a daunting challenge for any EDM machine.
But the results are nothing short of impressive. The new machine proves its worth by completing the task with ease and speed, using just four electrodes to achieve the desired outcome. The burn was fast, precise, and flawless - a testament to the superior technology at play.
As the team at Zero Tolerance reflects on the success of their latest investment, they pose a question that many business owners face - when is the right time to upgrade your machinery? It's a tough question, but as they've discovered firsthand, investing in the highest-performance machinery can put you ahead of the competition in the long run.
Of course, introducing advanced technology always comes with a learning curve, and Zero Tolerance is no exception. But as they demonstrate in this video, the benefits of pushing boundaries and embracing innovation are well worth the effort.

That burn reminds me of my first plunge EDM without all the computer set-up. I learned a Charmilles Wire EDM later in my career. Loved working close tolerances on both.

Pretty neat that machine can control things so well that you dont burn through the electrodes. I have not done this but a friend of mine does and with his machine he has to make several electrodes for each step. Charles
