Thanks so much for posting this. I have my kit here and did not want to completely screw this up! Knowing this is a tutorial from one who actually has clients - a professional nail artist- makes me feel even more confident that this is the right way to do it! Thanks! 💗
I just bought a similar kit by Beetles. I'm am super satisfied with the kit. I only made one mistake with one nail. Which was because I didn't put it on thick enough. This stuff works great. Loving it!
So excited for this kit 🥰 I’ve never tried polygel (or acrylic for that matter) but you make it look so easy! Been binging LongHairPrettyNails a lot lately, but she didn’t have one for the Beetles kit, but you did- I’m so glad I found your channel! Can’t wait to get it and try it out 💅
Absolutely love this video!!! They turned out so beautiful. I'm adding this to my cart. I'm committed to learning to do my own nails lol. I will be using this kit. Thanks!
Out of all of the polygel video tutorials using the beetle kit this one has to be my favorite. I got my kit today and will be using your video for reference can't wait to see how it'll turn out^v^
Omg you are SO talented! I literally love the glitter 😍 I do tumbling and gymnastics so I ordered this kit to be able to get some cute short nails. For tumbling, you can’t wear like super long nails so I like to do my nails nice and short. I am super commited to learning how to do my nails, I have already ordered like the kit and a light plus some slip. Now I am just watching some people use the kit in awe, super excited to do mine!
My bf bought me this kit and I still have yet to find a good video with someone using this kit & I found one I actually like omg I can’t wait to do mines later 😩
Very nice video! Im a nail tech of 14 years and I always struggle with extensions. I do mostly no chip and pedicures. My only suggestion would be to use a new lamp. I did gasp when I saw your lamp. (sorry to be so critical :() Maybe try to Beetles lamp? I did see that they have a little finger lamp. keep up the good work!
Aww thank you for the encouragement, I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I’m a licensed nail tech too, me nor my clients can keep a gel lamp clean it looks older but at the time I’ve made this video it was fairly new. 😂 Also the video is over a year old so by the time you’ve watched it I’ve already replaced my lamp a few times. 💕
@@sarahthompson9230 I follow every step Auriyana suggested and the nails now last up to two weeks! I also bought a new lamp (I think that was my other issue). The other lamp I had was old and l think the light stop doing its job. I hope this help 😍
Where can I find the bigger bottle kits? My kit had small bottles. Also how many beads on average per finger would you say for a thicker appearance? Thank you for your video! Super helpful. Trying mine tomorrow!
Thank you for watching ☺️Mines were very sturdy! It depends on how you do them, if you want your nails to be thicker you add more polygel and if you want them thinner you only add a little.
I have the problem where when I try to put on multiple uncured nails at once, when I go to put on the next nail, my other uncured nails fall off this make it so that I have to do each finger seperately, curing every finger one by one…. Also, as soon as I turn the nail upside down to fix the shape on the underside, my nail falls off, no matter how light I press to try and smooth the polygel… what am I doing wrong? I’ve been using Beetles polygel for over 8 months now, and I still cannot ever make my nails come out even close to this…
You can build the strength of your nails more with the polygel. So you'd add another layer and put it back in the lamp until it looks the way you like it too and then file and shape it.
The beetles polygel had a thicker consistency in my opinion. But keep in mind that the thickness or consistency of your nail products depend on the temperature of the room you're doing it in too. So if its warm it would be runny, cold it would be a little thicker.
hi! my package comes in a while so ive just been binging these types of videos and i have a questionnn...does the polygel feel strong? when its on.. like you think i could like pull up my jeans with those nails without it breaking?
Hey! The strength on the poly gel nails depend on how much product you put on them. If you want the nails to be more strong I would suggest building them until you get the thickness and strength that you want.
I dont believe acetone can be used as the slip solution it may dissolve it, but as far as the brand of alcohol i dont think it matters. I brought mine from dollar general and then put it in a spray bottle. Thanks for watching💕
when i went to the salon i had sns+tips on and they put a cotton ball with acetone, and then wrapped tin foil around the whole finger nail with the cotton ball inside. i waited like 15 minutes and when they removed it the nails had come off bc they had been softened, she filed the rest off. It may not work for polygel but give it a try
Your nails beds should be fine after wearing acrylics and polygel if applied and removed properly. I have video showing how to remove acrylic nails, this method works for polygel too. Thanks for watching ✨
Im a nail tech so Im always accidentally drilling my nails or putting them in chemicals so they lasted me two weeks, on others who are more gentle it'll last longer.
@@cestmoi1457 oohhh I see, i would suggest making your thumb nails shorter or thicker. There's also this cool small plastic tool that you can use to unbuckle your child's car seat instead. Its called "unbuckle me" on amazon.
I did a video on how to remove acrylic nails, the same process can be applied to polygel nails too. 💕 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rCULWY1GniI.html
