Aww Sweet Masse Boys. Sorry I missed the Premier. You both so cute trying out this children's kit. I know it was so hard for you to refrain from doing what you know is right and having to follow incomplete instructions. But with that said I love both paintings. These turned out better than I thought they would. Very nice. I agree with Lee about not having all the supplies needed and not mentioning on the box more items you will need. And I agree with Jeremy on the 7 out of 10. They do look like fun for a first timer. Thanks for showing these kits.

This video was a lot of fun to watch. Between your always entertaining banter back and forth, the kit critique was interesting. I'm amazed at how well they turned out. The colors are very vivid, and the composition was an A+ for both. Considering the lack of info on layering the cups, and creating tree rings they really are very nice. Jeremy, as someone else mentioned you have a lovely halo around your head!! Lee, you'll have to switch places next time, so you can have one as well.

Hey Lads....great video to show beginners before they invest in the kit.....I really liked both of your attempts at showing us the ring pour and the flip cup which gives such a different piece of art....they were both unique in their own way and showed as the colours represented the Starry Night theme....your grading was excellent as they left out some valuable info for beginners to know.....love them both....Love Gramma Donna

My twin granddaughters are going to be 9 in the middle of September & I think, based on what we’ve learned today, I could put a kit together for each of them. Changes would include the giant pushpins & some decent paint. They sometimes come up to my studio for a ‘sesh’ & are very interested particularly in the spinner & compressor (for bits of blowing). You guys did a thorough review which is very helpful! Love & hugs to you both! 💋

I agree with all you say. Also, the kit might benefit from a bottle of white paint for an undercoat, as Lee mentioned it was hard to tilt. Overall this could make a cool gift for a child or maybe a beginner. Like Jeremy, I went with a 7 (but I am a softy Canadian). Good video guys. Thanks and stay cool, D.

Hi my Laddo's. Both are beautiful, colours are beautiful. Lee, Jeremy WHEN are you going to write a book for beginners? Going by this video you could have done a much better job of doing the instructions. Amazon should commission you two to put a kit together. We would all by one! If I had never done this before I would ha e poured all of one color at a time into a cup then I would have just poured without a circular motion. You two did great though!

I purchased a kit a couple years ago to see what was included. The one I got did have little cups but not really big enough for the canvas. There was enough paint though to do about three paintings...8x12 size. Think kits are good for kids 8 and up.

My dears, your beginner kit paintings are very pretty, the colours are so lovely. For this “beginner” session I have just two concerns: the two of you are going to face plant into those lovely paintings if you don’t cool your studio down ! Splat 1 then Splat 2, are my concerns. That is all.

Hi Liz, Welcome to the world of fluid art! It is soooo much fun and the community is great! What we did when we first started was we watched a ton of videos from different artists. We decided on what technique we wanted to try and then did what you are doing now and asked the artists what to do. We have a great video that explains how to mix the paints. It is episode 54! That is a huge thing when you find what technique you are going to try first.Once you have your consistency down then I would again watch how people do it and just go for it! I would watch Mina villegas, Fiona Art, Sarah Mack and Coz Creations. They are amazing and you can learn so much from them also! I really hoped this helps you on your journey. We are always here if you need any more help! Now go have fun!

Directions seem super lame. Did they even tell you to mix the silicone? Anyways with how fluid it looked on screen I’m surprised you got such amazing rings Lee! The colors are amazing and honestly it looks really good both of them!i might get this kit for my neice and nephews since you don’t have to mix :) pretty cool thanks for doing this guys! I think an absolute beginner would actually have used all the paint, especially as there is just one canvas, the popsicle sticks were pointless, I think Masse Art Studio kits will be much better. 😉

Pretty colors I like it except I don’t think this is for children if it was for children I would think that they would have to do step-by-step by step by step and they didn’t do this here this might be a beginners kit for an adult but it would be nice for them to have specified that on the box otherwise mom would’ve been doing this project for her children… enjoy the rest of your summer stay safe and stay healthy✌️👍

You are pros at tilting. Average beginner may not know how to do corners or to recenter the paint...they are making a lot of assumptions. First try might be mud with a beginner.

What?!? How do you put half a dang bottle of silicone in there and it doesn’t cell up?!? Poof! 🤯 mind blown! I personally love the premixed colors. Very thin. But it’s so easy man! And they’re pretty shiny :) Plano Texas!! I’ve never been but that’s one place I hear about all the time. I work for a home health dme company and we have lots of Plano patients :) it’s hot here too. In kc (I’m in a non deadly part) it’s gonna be 100 here today too. Lee…ain’t nothin wrong with being a Scrooge mcduck! He’s still my favorite :)) I’m 37 and watch ducktales throughout my work shift daily!!

I thought the same thing with the silicone and I wanted to put less! LOL Stay cool in this summer!
