I’m a skincare junkie and double cleanse every night and I love this cleansing balm. After using a lot of balms this is brilliant but as with other products Aldi bring out they aren’t around for long so you can’t use it consistently but a fab product if others can get their hands on it, It is a dupe of the Emma Hardie one but like you saw it’s very oily but not in a Bad way in my opinion. X

I’ve never done a double cleanse in my life till this point but since this I’ve been cleansing after makeup removal every time and eventhough I have broken out a little to start with, my skin is doing a lot better now x

@@Aishscream your skin will thank you for it in the long run. You may have broken out as the balm might be too heavy, try using a lighter cleanser for your 2nd cleanse. A micellar water can be used as a first cleanse too. Think of it as 1st cleanse = removes make up, sunscreen etc then a 2nd cleanse = actually cleanses your face. I will suggest a fabulous book by Caroline Hirons called Skincare. She is the queen of skincare and knows everything. X

I love cleansing balms and use them everytime I wear makeup. You should always go in with a regular cleansing gel to get rid of all that excess oil and leftover makeup. Have to try this one, for sure!

Since posting this I have been forcing myself to do it every night and so far so good, no complaints!
