Ever wondered what the best cuts of meat are to make a burger? Well in my video I run an experiment trying different cuts of meat and different fat ratios to come up with my perfect burger. I also cook on the BBQ and on a grill to test out these recipes fully!
Recipe-
I used 3 different types of meat, brisket, chuck and short rib. It's simply a matter of mincing this down and then making 100g patties. Keep your fat separate so you can choose the fat ratio for each burger, once made keep at a cool temperature until you're ready to start grilling. In my video I cooked on a barbecue and I also cooked on a grill. I simply served my burger with mayo, ketchup, lettuce and cheese; see which is your favourite.
