Testing Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at Epcot  

After the Magic Kingdom, we head to Epcot at Walt Disney World. For this visit, we're primarily interested in testing out the two new attractions: Ratatouille (a replica of the Disneyland Paris attraction) and the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, a super fun roller coaster.
Of course, Epcot also has other must-see attractions, including Soarin' (a flying theater) and Test Track (a car race). In September, it's also the Food and Wine Festival, with its many stalls offering food from different countries around the world.
Epcot is a theme park about the future, but unfortunately, an unupdated future can look dated. That's why the park is undergoing major renovations right now to find a new era and attractions for everyone.
To accommodate Ratatouille, the France pavilion in World Showcase has been expanded, and wow, it's beautiful.
Finally, it's our first time on the Skyliner. It's the new mode of transportation at Walt Disney World, a gondola that takes you from your hotel to the theme park.
