In this video, I am going to test my 3RM in squats and my 1RM in deadlifts. I had wished for a bit more, but as I said I just trained sets of 8 and they of course don't transfer too well to the 1RM. But I take the 260kg and will work for more in the future!

With long arms like these you're build for deadlifts! During the lockout the bar was in the middle of your thigh. For many people, including me -its at the groin level.

Haha wasn’t a planned max out, this week my competition season starts and in September this year I will do a powerlifting comp were we hopefully see some nice new PRs 🙏

I have a question, I'm very weak in the Deadlift and Pull ups, which are two exercises that I want to become strong in, would you advise me to start training both, or just one? If it's just one, which one should I focus on first? Deadlift or Pull ups?

micha! ive been watching your videos for a long time, but i have never commented. i know it's a little irrelevant because this is a powerlifting-style video and not a calisthenics one, but i've got a question about weighted dips. i work out at home (been doing it for almost 1.5 years), and i dont have a lot of money to spend on fancy equipment. i bought some cheap weight plates and a doorway pullup bar and a dip bar (the high parallette, freestanding kind), but the weight plates are very big and bulky, and when i do weighted dips, the plates keep touching the ground. i put some paper boxes under the dip bars to elevate them, but it is very unstable and not really tall enough to prevent the weight plates from hitting the ground. do you have any recommendations for what i can put under the bars to elevate them? i tried other household items, but they didn't work, either. or is there a cheap thing i could buy to help with the situation? anyway, thank you so much for your channel. the form and technique tips have helped me a ton. congrats on the new PR! 265 next block?

I am always a fan of buying/building something solid. So I would rather recommend saving a bit longer and get decent equipment 🙏
