I have a quick tip on the front proline bumper, you can use the top brace of the stock bumper to support the proline bumper

Wouldn’t I have to drill holes in the Proline Bumper?

@@RCKnockout You don’t have to drill holes, the top brace is there just to add a little more support for the bumper

Great Slash 4x4 videos. Had the same combo in my Rustler 4x4, and replaced the ESC with a Mamba X. Can you measure temps of your motor and ESC ?

Are there any differences between 4s lipo battery packs? Like Traxxas or Ovonic etc

Not really in my opinion…..I don’t find the Traxxas Lipo batteries to be very good….I usually try to buy fairly cheap Lipo batteries

What do you think about the traxxas 4s setup? ESC/motor ?

The vxl4-s isn’t very good….the 2400kv motor works great though…even running it on 6s

did you have any problems stripping your pinion on the stock motor it came with? i have a slash 4x4 and anything under a 15 tooth penion would just strip the pinion. i also do notice the motor is placed in a weird way and makes the pinion sit in a weird angle against the spur gear. thanks for any help

Yeah I stripped those pinion gears quite a bit…..they’re made of cheap powered metal
