Me with no long nails, never had my nails done, probably will never get my nails done, and doesn’t even order much from SHEIN: this looks IIIINTERESTING!!!!!!!

You have to fill the "nailpolish remover pen" with remover first! Pull off the back cap (with the spare tips) now you can pull out the back of the pen. Slowly pour in about 2ml of acetone (4ml max!). Replace back and back cap. Wait about 5 minutes. Then it will work as intended.

“Glitter w holes in their centers” are usually sequins, and have the hole to pull the needle & thread through when stitching sequins onto fabric! (And yes they make all different shapes sequins, I have cool lead shapes ones with the hole at the base/stem end of the leaf)

Just to let you know, btw, in case it hasn't been mentioned already, the UV light is actually the exact same one that comes in the Sophie & Toffee Elves Box Starter Kit. I don't know a thing about gel nails so can't speak to how reliable it'd be for that, but it seems to work pretty well for UV resin, and has so far worked as described, though the timer seems a bit confusing (it seems to indicate that if you press the button a second time, the timer goes for 60 seconds as opposed to the 45 on the first press, but a second press just turns it off again).

For the clear plastic ones, take the shine out of the surface, with a nail file or nail polish remover and you should have no problem painting them or decorating them, I've used them many times

I usually do my own nails with nail polish and why the nail polish wasn't sitting right and was more transparent in the front is because you need to file and buff the surface before doing it. It needs to be filed so the product could sit on the plastic but buffed so there won't be any texture. Then the nail polish should sit on perfectly without excessive layers

I've bought loads of nail stuff from Shein, and not once have I been disappointed. they are cheap, but good quality items.

For anyone just finding out Shein sells nail art supplies....the sticker packs and water decals are great quality, the metal studs are too but some packs give very little quantity. The glitters are nice, their art brushes are pretty good, just read the reviews to help separate the good from the bad. The rhinestones are all plastic, no glass. They also have a bunch of nail foils rn. And for anyone that wears press on nails, they have so many different styles. I’m loving the amount of jelly nails they have rn but they have all diff lengths, colors, even holiday designs. Shein is also a great place to get manicure tools like tip cutters, cuticle nippers and scrapers for cheap. They even have gel polish removal clips.

I saw a comment below suggesting using resin art supplies for nails and I think that’s a great idea. Hobby Lobby and Michael’s have a lot of cute supplies that work in nails too. I use some for my nails but I’d love to see how you would use them.

I have ordered quite a few things from Shein and I have been very satisfied so far. I was just about to put my June Florida order in, when I stumbled across your tutorial. Nails/nail stuff was #1.5 or #2 on the list. Have not ordered nails yet, so this was a very helpful and may have saved me some $$$. Thanks!!!

Those little glass bottle glitters Ive bought at the dollar tree (6-12 packs) The glass bottles are perfect to empty out and save to put a little bit of sand and/or mini shells from the beach, and then glue it shut and turn them into necklaces I’ve made my daughter one w sand and micro shells from her favorite beach! I’ve needed more but haven’t found them anywhere lately, I should check shein etc to try and find more!

I recognize some of this stuff from Ali express too, which is a bomb way to try nails and nail supplies for cheap... as long as you’re content to wait for the long shipping.

I think you're supposed to file the clear nails before polishing them to give the surface some tooth so the polish has something to grab onto. It looks like the polish isn't adhering to the nail properly because its a smooth shiny surface. Thanks for sharing this video, it's good to know Shein sells nail products too.

10:35 for that pen you have to dip the marker in acetone, it’s dry before usage so when dipping it in acetone it’ll be like a nail polish remover pen

Just stumbled on this channel and already love it! This is going to sound so rude as a question, but I can't think of another way to word it, so I'll just have to come right out and ask it and beg your forgiveness for the abruptness: How do you function with such long nails? By that, I mean that I see people with nails this long and I can't help but wonder how they do things like wash their hair or wash dishes or make beds, things like that. Do they affect your everyday maneuverability or are they just easy to ignore? I'd love to have long nails, but my nails twist so much (due to hypermobility) that I can't seem to wear press-on/ glue-on nails, and can't afford acrylics and my last attempt at doing them myself was a disaster, not to mention my natural nails break non-stop.
