Great Job!! I learned from gluing nails on myself that oil, like baby oil, helps remove the super glue/nail glue

One time I was using the makartt brush on nail glue and I accidentally spilled it in my lap and it melted my leggings onto my leg. It burned me and ripped my leg skin off 😳 It was not a good time.

I actually use these products quite often. I have a different nail Dremel tool but it's from the dollar store too and I love it. I am poor, always have been, and I'm in cosmetology school (Almost done!!) I've found the more expensive products make things easier at times, like I'm certain your usual nail dremal works amazing, I personally prefer my cheap products as it is what I'm used to. When you use and learn on a product not as good as the more advanced stuff it can be hard to adjust and vice versa. I know you use things like hard nail glue and colorful and sparkly acrylic powders, however for me as they are out of my price range I've learned to make custom acrylic out of super cheap off brand mica powders n glitters. It's all about what you are used to and comfortable with. My cosmetology school uses cheaper products as well in our nail unit as most ppl come to specialize in hair, I am the only person in my class that is good enough to do acrylics on clients as I'm the only one who has practiced and of course I have my trusty cheap nail dremel.

I can confirm with you as a former dollar tree employee that sassy+chic is definitely one of their house brands as well as assured, JOT, Inc., bakers select, Home Store, and many more. They are all items that are manufactured by the greenbrier company which is the actual main brand of the store but it’s not advertised. :)

Art deco is also fantastic for nail stamping. The Polish is seriously slept on.

I think that e-file is a good option for those who don’t do a lot of acrylic and mainly just stick to their natural nails because it is really super easy to get carried away with a powerful e-file when you get down close to the natural nail bed. I like an e-file for the cleanup around the cuticle and pushback and such but I also get a bit scared and end up probably spending as much time as it would take without the e-file. I could almost feel David wanting to make a “rough around the edges” pun when you were cleaning his up lol

This did be making me kinda sad. The nails look great em! Don't be so hard on yourself. No one is perfect nor do we expect perfection. But the ending with david was adorable
