Today we are leaving from a beautiful farm outside of Willowmore and make our way to Baviaanskloof. After a quick phonecall before we set off to ensure that the rivers were low enough to cross by motorbikes, it is time to take on this 4x4 route. Once we turn onto the gravel roads, we are greeted with stunning mountains, valleys, cliffs and rock formations. After a 100 km of gravel the entrance gate of Baviaanskloof Nature Reserve appears and from there we have another long stretch to go that gets more and more difficult. We also are running out of time to get out of the Nature Reserve, as the gates close at a certain time of day and we are not 100% sure what the time is. Will we make it out of the Reserve in time? Will we make it trough the Baviaans and all the River Crossings without incident? It is a wild ride and we have to put all our skills and our bikes to the test in this one.
