Testing out Ghostbusters 2016 gear | Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed 

Personally, I’m not really into ATC, but I’m glad that those who are fans now have representation here! And hey, more customization options is never a bad thing

Even though ATC wasn't a very well recieved movie, it still was a fun watch for me, and the gear they used were superb. This has been my favorite update so far!

I know this sounds crazy, but I'm under the impression that ghostbusters is about to join the multiverse train (Yes, I know the IDW universe already went there and many of us are tired of multiverse storylines) like all of the other franchises. There was this addition to the game sure, but Paul Feig was also in London with Dan when he was signing bottles around the time of filming....I am sure it's all just coincidental but in a recent interview Feig talked about how 2016 GB has caught on and has a fanbase. He has even posted pictures on twitter of 2016 GB cosplayers as recently as June 28th 2023. Beyond that all of the actresses with the exception of Leslie Jones seem to have been in London within the last few months for one thing or another. I know it is far-fetched but with what little we know, and Sony needing to bank on this new film and property, is anyone else talking about this? Personally, I am not invested either way, but I support the inclusion if they did. Could it be a smart move financially and potentially franchise potential and sales...of course it would. I actually think that under proper direction with the right script, the inclusion of 2016 characters with the mainstream cast could easily be an asset in a multiverse format. Will firehouse end up being our Ghostbusters : No Way Home? Probably not, but I'm seeing a ton of stuff that makes my eyebrow raise.

How do you unlock the outfits, etc. I see that the shells for equipment are behind research contracts, but don't see the jumpsuit and stuff. Just picked the game up the other day on Steam and it's been a ton of fun.

I am having a problem getting the ATC side hustle done. Every time I do the 50 ghost in alley challenge it resets. Not sure if it’s just me having this issue? Seems broken

I liked the look of the pack design but the neutrona wand was to large for my liking, I get they where going for something different but each to there own.

The 2016 characters were fine… the bad was it was an SNL skit made to look like a GB film. It would’ve been a dope origin story for them, especially since they discover Zuul in the end credits.

As much as i hate the film Ive always had a soft spot for the gear redesign it featured

Im firmly in the camp of disliking ATC, but the gear and the ecto 1 are among the few things I enjoyed

I wasn’t a fan of the 2016 GB - ATC! However, I do own it as a GB fan b/c some of the original cast members from the 84 and 89 release were in the movie

this is a pass for me. anything that touches 2016 is a no go. yall do you though.
