If you are making a review of the new SBD sleeves, i'm curious to the difference to the "old" ones. I've bought some a year ago, so want to know if it's worth to buy these ones.

@@UnstoppablestrengtH82 i would say that the new ones give you a more high quality touch/feel. but there is no significant improved support. The old ones are more comfortable to wear and (at least for me) more tight around the knee.
Put on Inzer and stop doing yourself a disservice. You're coping hard if you think lifting as a purist is a legitimate talking point. The IPF is notorious for lifters sizing down 2 sizes or more. If you think raw should be sleeveless, then go bare knee in competition. Yes, SBD is watching you, but they should have made a better product to compete with other IPF approved sleeves if they are asking for the same price or more.
The main thing is that the new ones don't get soft when they are soaked with sweat, so your first and last working set feel the same from the hole Secondly, they don't get torn so easily. I've heard/seen many powerlifters break their new knee sleeves within 2-12 months (A7, Titan, inzer), that's just not durable long term, gonna cost u some big bucks
Just got my Touch Grass merch, Ordered May26th, arrived June 6th, pretty good considering the country is literally on fire on both coasts. I'm 6'0 205 lb and the I got an XL for the t-shirt, shorts, and crew neck, all fit great. Also the ranger hat is solid - was worried it would fit weird because hats are a gamble, but it's rad too. It's like Christmas in forest fire season
Hi Bryce, can I ask a question, so i am running the 16 week free program but I messed up the bench since I used my touch n go training max instead of pause bench TM.Also I overestimated some rpe sets and did a 10 instead of 8. The squat and deadlift are going great, but I feel fatigue in the chest and recently I had trouble sleeping. Currently on week 9 day 3. How badly I messed up, should I take a few days off and restart week 9-12? Thanks
I bought these a few months ago as my first pair, and I have absolutely no reason to ever change to another brand. I used to get knee pain after heavy squat sessions and I haven’t had any knee pain since the second I first put them on. They are stiff, but flexible and comfortable. Reddit was right about which ones to get 🙂
I have had a pair of SBD sleeves that ive used for well over a decade. Before it using sleeves I had knee issues fairly often and I've not had any since adding them into my equipment rotation. The elbow sleeves have been even better for me as I used to have tendonitis in my elbows that caused severe pain and it has gone away. I have not had to replace the knee ones yet and feel like I could not ask for more out of a product. I'm not sure they add anything to my lift other than allowing me to train more often and safely which is more than enough for me. I'm not "old" but at 43 I've been at it a while and things that keep me healthy and allow me to stay under the bar with more consistency are more important to me that gifting me a few pounds on a lift.
Please don't call a potential video about the sleeves a review when you are a sponsored athlete and have not worn inzers or titans. In my opinion sth like showcase would be preferable.
