PFC (prefrontal cortex justincase) developing makes 'higher order cognitive functions' harder to do and function as a brake of sorts to yeet impulsive impulses. You argue 'much impulsive stuff, less PFC braking, therefor PFC isn't utilized'. Brains work different. Teens and adolescents' PFC developing means they put in MORE effort to get the same thing done (control impulses), comparable to having 4 out of 6 teammembers competing against full strength teams. Going to assume that you mean ~18-25 year olds with your 'this decade' thing, which makes the most sense in a way, but doesn't. People in this age bracket typically are seen as more impulsive, which can be linked to the activation of the ventral stratium which encourages experimenting with new things. Risky behaviour and badly planned and/or impulsive actions are moreso due to a lack of experience with these novel situations, the PFC has comparatively little to do with it. He's good but nowhere near the best or most original. Many other youtubers have done very similar videos to this. Torvesta and Framed for example. The area locked ultimate ironmen are the most strategic.
