Its kinda easy men, they r using inpaint on the phone on all the frames when she is moving ( if u can see she is moving slowly to avoid flickering in her movement ) and the phone image is being generated on the same frame too

This really makes me miss when Ai wasn't a thing. It truly looks awful, plenty of people have done similar concepts but without ai and they looked much cooler and nicer
